Great atmosphere my daughter and I always love going there! We enjoyed sitting there relaxing, unfortunately this time I don’t have any pictures to add!

When you get a drink you except it to be full! Not 2/3.

Probably the slowest and most rude staff of Starbucks I’ve come across. They wouldn’t get so behind if the team helped each other to give great customer service. But, they don’t. Therefore, 20-30 minute wait times and wrong drinks.

Slow and mote expensive than any other location. I order the same exact thing no matter which one I go to.. Coming back to the review, they also filled the milk up way past the line. So my drink now taste like nothing but milk.

They were very unorganized, very unsanitary, you could see dishes piled up in the sink behind the counter and just filth, they let me stand there talking for 20 minutes before taking my order & then they didn’t know how to accept points for a cake pop. They were nice but just extremely chaotic and messy. Wouldn’t go here unless you have time to stand and wait and aren’t concerned with cleanliness

Cassie is amazing, she works very hard to please her starbucks customers.
Tired of ordering a cappuccino and getting a cafe latte.

It’s like they forget to add the main ingredient every single time……COFFEE. Literally tastes like I just got a venti frozen milk frap.
Usually this is a nice Starbucks for me to stop in, especially after shopping. Staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. Today, I walked up to the counter and noticed a sign saying that they were out of grande cups and tall waters were free. I proceeded to order two drinks :1 tall coffee and 1 venti water. I noticed the cashier was going to say something to me, but before he could say anything an older lady in a rude tone snapped at me and say they did not have venti cups and no grandes either while alluding to the sign. To reiterate the sign had never stated there were no venti cups. Highly disappointed that I, a customer, was getting snapped at by an employee whose statement about the cups did not align with what the sign said.
This location is very busy during peak times, much like this morning. The lady behind the counter worked diligently on cafe and mobile orders at the same time even tho she did not have any help for a short while. I frequently use mobile order and it's always right and done in about 10 minutes at this location, today I did wait a little longer, but it was really busy. She took the time to answer my questions and I didn't feel rushed to keep the line moving. She even used the coin change on the counter for my order so I didn't get a bunch of change back. This is a small kiosk with only one espresso machine and blender to make drinks, but they always come out delicious and taste better than other stores.

Typically out of whatever your wanting. Long waits between 30-45 minutes for your order.
Great drinks and awsome staff.
Unfortunately the hours of operation have changed- previously opening at 6am to now 6:30am at this busy-prime Kroger location. I now only have a 10 minute window to purchase a drink before driving to and clocking in for my work day. This past week I waited in line with 3 people ahead of my order at 6:30am, at my turn the barista proceeded to tell me there was no expresso bc she had not cleaned the machine before opening and if I wanted to wait about 15min I could have a expresso drink. Really??? Had to leave without coffee. This is just example of repeated mismanagement at this location and the food case is always empty? I will no longer support SB at this store! Too expensive to endure poor service. Please get your act together at Smokey Row-SR135 Krobucks! Customers are tired of the incompetent staff when they just want a coffee for the long work day!
Can't scan a QR code nor give the discount for your own cup. What's the point for this Starbucks to even be here...
