This store is the worst location there is. None of the staff are properly trained, everything takes 15 minutes to come out, god forbid you order two drinks, you’ll finish one by the time the other comes out. This isn’t even a real starbucks, they follow no standard that drive thru stores follow, and basically make up their own rules. The manager is a raging control freak who fired the entire staff with 1 day notice, then proceeded to bring in an entire team of people who have little to no care to crafting customers drinks. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE.

Disgusting nitro cold brew... literally took a sip and threw it out. Wonder if it was moldy equipment or what but didn't bother taking it back in. Waste of money and time. Oh and don't bother trying to use your Starbucks app or card here because they don't accept it. Not really a Starbucks location imo.

I went there during morning was the first person in line and the lady started taking our order right away. I asked if they had blueberry fraps still available and she said they don’t serve that and that they may have blueberries that people add to the vanilla bean fraps. I said okay and went on with my order, she said that there were no blueberries and that instead I could do the strawberry cream frap and I agreed. She asked if there was anything else and so I said yes and told her I wanted matcha in it and began to explain how I wanted the drink. She kept repeating she couldn’t hear me so I was speaking louder due to being in the passenger seat. I repeated that I wanted matcha in it at which she interrupted me and gave me a lot of attitude saying that unless I had a specific order that Starbucks didn’t do secret menus and such. I wasn’t ordering from a secret menu I was ordering my drink. I don’t usually go to Starbucks but when I do never have they been as rude as they were to me here. And due to her lack of hearing me she cut off my partner too not hearing his order and made his drink wrong as well. To cut her off from being anymore rude I threw out a random number because at that point I was done with the interaction. They then sat at the window staring me down. Look I’ve been in customer service I understand that sometimes you have a bad day. But maybe this location should train their employees with a little more patience and coach them into having better service skills by the looks of the many other similar reviews this place has received.

the orders are always made incorrectly and the customer service is terrible. the gm is a very lazy inefficient member of the team. she rather sit in the back sipping her tea rather than listen to her team or customers. i’ve worked with the company for years and i know how things are done. i’ve seen the disgusting habits that take place as well as the lack to train the team. you will not get your order correct if you come here. you might as well go to the barnes and noble starbucks if you want your money to be worth it. they will also make sure to not fill your cup as well as still charge you if you get lite ice or no ice. they only care about your money. not the experience. DO NOT GO HERE

Order a frappuccino and a blackberry sage refresher refresher came out frappuccino took another 30 minutes and when it came out it was the consistency of a watered-down iced coffee. 99% positive they lost my order because they made about four before mine was made

Terrible. We only go to this Starbucks when we are shopping at the mall and it would be quicker to walk out of the mall and go to a different location and come back to finish shopping. Yesterday I thought it was going to be different. The line wasn’t too long when we entered the store but we stood in line for 30 minutes, then waited another 30 minutes for our drinks. 3 of the 4 of us got our drinks and we waited and WAITED for the 4th drink but when I realized people who ordered after us were getting their drinks, I asked about our last drink. The girl said, oh I think she’s making it. She didn’t ask the girl what drink she was making or anything. When that girl finished making that drink and yelled out someone else’s name, I said I still need my drink and had to tell them what it was so someone would make it. We were there for over an hr. If you are in a hurry, not the place to go at all!

I asked for a cream based Carmel Crunch Frappuccino and they gave me a vanilla bean Frappuccino with coffee. My friend also ordered a venti strawberry Açai refresher with no berries but got a Grande strawberry açai refresher with berries. I would rate lower if I could. Disappointed.

I work at the Greenwood Park Mall, and my employees and I frequently mobile order here due to the BOGO deals and the convenience of being able to pick up Starbucks within the same facility. However, there seems to always have been issues with this specific location. Whether it’s with the service from the employees, the quality of the drinks, consistency (which is never a thing). I used to send my coworkers to get my drinks, but now I feel like I need to go there myself to make sure that the drink is made properly. I shouldn’t have to do that. I am sensitive and allergic to many foods, and I order my drinks very specifically due to my food sensitivities. My coworker has had a very bad experience with the baristas not knowing how to properly make a nitro cold brew. They always add ice, and mess it up somehow. He has stopped coming here since then, and refuses to even come with to pick up drinks. He has had issues with a specific gentleman who claims he is a shift lead/manager. He had taken a drink of his beverage that he ordered, and realized it was made completely wrong. The “shift lead” refused to remake the drink and said, “That’s like eating half a burger and asking for another one.” Which was rude, especially knowing that Starbucks is all about customer connections smh. My other coworker orders his coffee in the mornings, and every time he goes there to pick up his drink, they have clearly thrown away the mobile order. It’s careless and causes more issues. While his order is complex, he still paid for it. Make it. Its your job.
I always order non dairy options due to being lactose intolerant, and today I had mobile ordered an iced doppio blonde espresso with non dairy vanilla sweet cream, non dairy vanilla sweet cream cold foam, in a venti cup. When the drink was served to me, I could tell something was off. It had been made with milk, and nothing about it was non dairy at all. Luckily, they remade my drink, except they STILL used regular milk in the beverage. I gave up and threw it away.
I would also like to add that the shift leads never update the mobile order system, and never had items that we order from the app in store. So then we have to get something else which takes more time when we expect to be in and out.
The employees are always different when I come here as well, and no one knows what they’re doing. I don’t know if everyone needs to go thru extensive training or what. All I can say is just go to the Starbucks inside Barnes and Nobles. They know what they’re doing, and they’ll get you right.

I order the same drink every time I go to a Starbucks, a Venti Mocha with an extra pump of chocolate. This Starbucks seems to charge about a dollar more than all other locations for the same order and for the last 3 times I've went my drink has not tasted right. Tastes watered down with a lack of chocolate flavor and color. I will not be returning to this particular Starbuck's location.
