You have to scan a QR code at the soft drink dispenser to get the dispenser to work. Was not able to get a refill because the QR code wouldn't work a second time.

They gave me a watered down milkshake and service was so fast I was given a cheesberger with oil all over the bun. Not worth it when three quarters of the time it’s ok the other time it’s terrible.
It is gross in here. You have an employee walking in and out of the restaurant with a headset on numerous times wearing slippers!!! Another one rubbing his nose while he's making shakes. Steak 'n Shake has gone DOWN HILL.
