I always try my STELLAR best to support Locally and Strange Brew captured my heart 16 years ago! I love their Staff, their service but their COFFEE!!! They create custom drinks, and I love their options for those with food sensitivity. They strive to give their best to the community and they will always be my first place when I need a pick me up on the go! GREAT Food too!

This is the best coffee in the Greater Indianapolis area ...and this recommendation is coming from a person who drives around for a living and has tried a LOT of coffee shops. I like to buy their beans and brew their coffee at home as well.
I Google coffee shops and this place popped up. They have amazing healthy options. I tried the vegan burrito and it was delicious. The staff was great and the atmosphere is unique, inviting and it sucked me in. I ended up sitting and eating there. If you want good options, good atmosphere and a comfortable place to recharge, relax and read then I would 100% say this place is for you. I'm just happy a simple guy such as myself was able to walk in a coffee shop with a simple plain t-shirt and unbranded shoes and feel welcome. Most shops make me feel overwhelmed with the need to put any thought into my attire before being able to order a simple coffee, but NOT THIS PLACE! I was treated as one of their own. They served me without scoff, but with pure generosity for my bland taste. Oh yeah, and the coffee was great, too.
Six years since my last review? Let's freshen this up. It's been a while, I've learned more on my coffee journey, and this is still one of my favorite places in town. It's a frequent meetup spot for coffee with friends, and for good reason. Excellent drink selection, some pretty simple breakfast options (all good -- just not a super expansive menu) and friendly, helpful staff. Plus the seating is great for one-on-one conversations and some larger groups alike, with comfy furniture and regular chairs scattered throughout, depending on your preference. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good local coffee shop!
