Every time I go in this subway it is cleaned to the t and the gentlemen are super nice no matter if it is 10 min before close this subway they need a raise they do their jobs and as a team and always with a positive

It’s never toasted, it never had what I want on it, and once I ordered a 12 inch and got a 6 inch instead. Wow this was an amazing experience. I’ve been to this location 4 times now and every time these guys have blown it out of the water. This time, I had the pleasure of being served by Lilly. She was very polite, speedy, and made the best sub I have had from this location. I wish I got a picture of the sub but it looked so good, I ate it too quick. Also, she did great on the serving sizes of every part of the sandwich (every other location skimps on the chicken and doesn’t fill the whole sandwich) Definitely going to continue to come to this location whenever I’m in the area!

Worst customer service. Note to the owner focus on customer service. Staff on 10/21 around 1:15pm EST cared less when I wanted to order and three team members showed busy and did not even bother to check and after waiting for a while had to leave. Is this how you treat your customers. Never ever going to this place

Very hit or miss at this Subway as far as quality. I have been using this particular location for more then 12 years. They can not seem to crisp bacon for nothing. So if crispy bacon is your thing then forget it. Also orders will be mised up to-cheese missing, wrong bread, all turkey no ham on a turkey ham sandwich, cold when should be hot. And these are orders all placed on the app. And not sure if coincidenece but if you use the buy on get one promo code then the odds of you getting subpar food goes up. Not the worst Subway but definitely room for improvement.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would staff goofing off spent $42 on food for a subway for a foot long to only get 4 pieces of meat when any other subway puts that on a 6 inch. Apparently when there busy it’s ok to squirt other employees with oil take over 20 mins on 4 subs when they had 4 employees working.

Food is good. Location is good. Kim however needs an attitude check. She was rude to her employee and then rolled her eyes at my daughter when she asked for her sandwich to be toasted.Thank you to the 2 male employees for sticking through the lunch rush. We appreciate you

Don’t go to this subway. Its a gas station subway. It is what it sounds. Idk if I caught them on a bad day but it’s seems poorly managed. Idk if they hired their workers on the spot yesterday but that’s what it seems. They got my order wrong 3 times in a row. And then I left with the wrong sandwich’s. When you call them to make a review they don’t pick up. Very bad experience so if you want a good sandwich, don’t go here make one yourself it’s better that way.
Ordered pickup, mixed up the sauces on the 2 sandwiches and did not toast them. Ordered another time and no toasting again. Ok, if you don't like bread toasted.
