I ordered from the subway mobile app kept the sandwiches basic asked for no tomatoes and toasted.
The sandwiches were delivered fast I opened to see none were toasted and they had tomatoes in them still and so much sauce it was leaking everywhere.
I attempted to call the location a gentleman answered I advised the sandwiches were made improperly he was polite and advised to bring them in and he would remake them both. As I am not able to come in for this right away I advised I would come with both sandwiches after 4pm as this was my lunch delivery and I have no time before being off work.
Now I will not get my deliver fee back or anything but keep in mind it was not the delivery guys fault and the shop is willing to fix this as well.
I appreciated the way the staff/owner/or gentleman handled my call with white glove service and respect and will order again for those reasons.

I get the tuna frequently, for just the tuna sub... There was literally a swipe of tuna ,🤔 I paid extra for an extra scoop... What happened???

Hey guys, are you here to read the reviews about this subway then pause here for a while. This is one of the finest subway I have ever visited. Let me tell you why, 1). When I entered into the subway it is the cleanest, well maintained and organised location. 2). As soon as I entered the place, both employees were there to greet me and having beautiful smile on their faces. 3). Then I ordered my all time favourite footlong chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was like a flash, they were so quick between the meat and veggie that they got it done within one and half minute I guess. The sandwich was so delicious and the quality of food was up to the mark (It was value for money sandwich.) 5). Last but not the least, they treated me as their subway family member, so, I would like to visit this subway again and again. And recommend to all of you guys to visit this subway. They wouldn't going to disappoint you. Lots lof love to the subway and the workers.💕💕💕💕

I've lived in Greenwood for 20 years plus. I had no idea this Subway even existed in this location. It was completely empty when I went in there I got two meatball subs and both subs were disgusting two different people ate them two different people hated them.
I told him I wanted the Flatbread ONLY warmed! Nothing else and he kept shaking his head yes, I repeated it 3x. He then proceeded to throw the cheese on it and toss it in the warmer. They don't listen and are rude.
