I've lived in Greenwood for 20 years plus. I had no idea this Subway even existed in this location. It was completely empty when I went in there I got two meatball subs and both subs were disgusting two different people ate them two different people hated them.

?A worker brought out a vacuumed sealed bag of pre-shredded lettuce & used it to refill the serving area while I was checking out. I'm incredibly disturbed by this since Subway has, for many years, openly claimed their food is fresh. I don't know if I ever want to eat from Subway again. Why do you lie to us consumers when your ingredients are shipped in vacuumed sealed bags? Is it REALLY too much effort to buy a few fresh heads of lettuce & dice them up for sandwiches in the mornings? Taco Bell has fresh ingredients every morning. What are Subway kitchens truly used for then, if not food preparation??

I told him I wanted the Flatbread ONLY warmed! Nothing else and he kept shaking his head yes, I repeated it 3x. He then proceeded to throw the cheese on it and toss it in the warmer. They don't listen and are rude.

Couldn’t make a sandwich that wasn’t specialized in any way and they wonder why they get paid what they do 3 subs every single one of them were wrong and they added stuff that wasn’t even on the order. They just make what they want to make and have you pay for it. Never again

EXTREMELY rude staff, the most unpleasant experience I have ever had. He had the nastiest attitude, if he was wearing a name tag definitely would call him out by name. Honestly 0 stars would be more deserving than the 1 I’m giving. Definitely won’t be back

TERRIBLE, AWFUL Experience. Today, my boyfriend and I went into this subway to grab some lunch. The man was very unfriendly. Didn't say hi, just looked at us to tell him what we wanted. When we checked out, we were explaining to him that we had a coupon, and we wanted to split the payment on two different cards. He said that was fine and to do it. The reader kept declining it because he was charging the full amount and not the amount we requested. We just said forget it and tried a different card, but the apple pay was not registering. Instead of being kind and letting us know that it was not working and helping find another solution, he snatched our sandwiches from us and threw the receipt at us. He then wanted to be a SMART ASS and rang up a cookie and paid for it with his card to embarrass us. WE BOTH MAKE VERY GOOD MONEY -- nobody was trying to get over on him or anything like that. He didn't correctly know how to do his job, LET ALONE USE PROPER ENGLISH TO COMMUNICATE with us in a better manner. TERRIBLE manners and customer service. Now I can see why certain situations escalate the way they do in establishments. Experience was distasteful and changed my whole perspective on this company. He's very lucky we didn't get his name.
I really do not care how good the food is if customer service is not good. I walked into the establishment and it took almost 5 minutes for anybody to come up to the front and talk to me. It was like a ghost town. Food was good though.
