Showed the girl the coupon we had for 2 foot long subs for 12.99 proceed to make my sub then my mom goes to make hers my mom asks if even tho she getting a foot long can she make the two 6 ins a little different they told her she could but didn't tell us by doing this it would cancel our coupon they waited until after everything was made and refused to accept it. Terrible service will never be going back then we ended up paying $22 DOLLARS for two foot long this is after giving them a $6 coupon for a 1 foot long sub which they had to honor so if we hadn't had another coupon we would have had to pay $28 bucks for two subs unacceptable service terrible and rude employees.

I had terrible service today by the manager David. I went through the drive thru and they made my sandwich wrong so I went back and they took the peppers off and the sandwich was so soggy so I went back and David gave me a partial refund and closed the window in my face.
Got lunch around noon yesterday.
Literally the worst sandwich I've had from anywhere. Forgot half of the ingredients(drive thru order) and it dry and empty. They are more expensive than they've ever been, customer service sucked and it was the worst sandwich I've ever had. Never going back. Sticking with Jimmy johns or jersey Mike's from now on.

This subway is normally awesome but I had a horrible experience today around 6pm with one of the employees. I didn't use the right terminology when trying to order and the gentleman got upset and rude and argued with me. Then ended with " I was just trying to save you some money but next time I wont!".....the younger gentleman who first took my order was nice and the cashier was too, she apologized. I'm in shock tbh it was crazy, I've never had to argue my way out of a restaurant ?
