I just opt here on the way home from Indy back to Ohio. And wouldn’t you know I get here and I was craving a sub but yet this business doesn’t want my business? Why bother posting business hours online if you don’t follow them? It’s 8:17 PM not 930… now I’m just hungry AND mad. 🙃

DONT EAT HERE. All trashes full, place full of flies, fountain area disgusting and no lids/straws. She was on the phone the entire time, we sat in there and ate and she literally sat there and watched us. To top it all off, DISGUSTING bathroom, make you want to go squat on the sidewalk DISGUSTING.

Would bot recomend this subway. The only had enough steak for one sandwich, only had white bread, when wanting onions only got about 4 slivers , when mentioned wanting more, acted like didn't want to or didn't have any more. Ordered cookies all were hard as rocks. Almost moldy. This was 3 hrs before they closed. I will not be going here wont recomend it as well.
This subway is by far the worst i have been to. Everything is Dirty and the food is spoiled do not eat here.

Go to a different location. This one is dying.
We've bought subs from this location frequently. We exercise at the nearby Community Life Center late in the afternoon and order on the Subway app.
Yesterday we ordered the Meal of the Day (Chicken Teriyaki on multi grain) and drove to the store. We were told they don't have Chicken or multi grain bread.
She asked what we wanted instead - meatball - nope none of that either.
Bread? White bread only.
This store is closing soon and apparently isn't stocking anything that can't be kept in a cooler.
Go to a different location. This one is dying.

The absolute worst subway ever… outside kiosk does not work.. circled the building and see the girl sitting at the window… circled the building again and started to order…. She refused to take my order and said I had to come inside (despite not a soul around). This location is consistently dirty, has flies, and is ALWAYS out of ingredients and fountain is disgusting 🤮 I wish it was better because it’s soooo close and convenient. Never again!

I tried to buy a gift card. The employee said that he didn’t know how to sell a gift card and there wasn’t a manager there or anyone else that knew how.
When ordering, I tried to order an item that was up on the menu only to be told that the item had been discontinued. I then asked if they could make the Subway Club as a wrap, the only difference would have been using tortilla bread instead of white bread. They said no. You literally ask people what bread they want when they order. After that, I decided to just get the #22 (Nacho Chicken sub.) The employee then asked what I wanted on the sandwich so I kindly said “whatever comes on the #22.” She then proceeded to put lettuce and tomatoes on it, even though those are not listed as veggies that come on the #22. I pointed out that lettuce and tomato don’t come on the #22 and the employee just responded “yes they do.” That’s weird because I ordered a #22 from this location only a few weeks ago and the worker that time DIDN’T put lettuce and tomatoes on it when I asked them to just put the #22 stuff on it. I used to eat here all the time but it’s just not the same

My recent visit to Subway was a letdown from the start. The exterior ordering screen wasn't working, which was annoying since I was hoping to use it. Once inside, I was looking forward to trying the hot honey pepperoni sub, but the experience quickly went downhill. The employee, who was working alone, seemed confused about my order, even though she confirmed they had the hot honey sauce.
To make matters worse, when I asked for red onions, I was told they were out, which is pretty unacceptable in my book. Any well-managed fast food place should have backups ready to go. But the real kicker was when she put honey mustard on my sandwich instead of the hot honey sauce I asked for. It's frustrating when you're expecting a specific flavor and get something completely different. Adding to the disappointment, the employee openly sneezed while preparing my sandwich, without covering her mouth or nose, which is completely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. While the sandwich wasn't terrible, it wasn't what I wanted at all, and the lack of attention to detail, menu knowledge, basic hygiene, and broken equipment made the whole experience incredibly disappointing.

The moment I walked in, there was an abandoned vending machine touching a ceiling lamp. The lady making my sandwich wouldn’t look up to ask me about my sandwich, having me asking repeatedly what she was saying, and then having to shout over the counter for her to hear me. One I got to the condiments, I asked for mayo and she asked if it was good, to which I replied yes. She then proceeded to put double the amount of mayo on my sandwich. They were completely out of cookies and the lady refused to make more. I went to grab a medium drink and she told me they had no lids for the medium so I grabbed a large to which after I paid I discovered they were out of every soda syrup. My friend also paid for and drank an expired tea. After I informed the lady that I got water because there were no soda flavors, she told everyone that she would not be giving any refunds. Meanwhile, she had an earbud in and was on the phone while making people’s sandwiches. At some point, she took her earbud out and had her phone call on speaker. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a subway, which is saying something.

Restaurantji Recommends
Single handedly the worse restaurant experience I have had. The single employee barely spoke English. I tried to order the #18 BLM. When it got to the sauce she attempted to place vinegar on it. I said I wanted the MVP Parmesan Vinegrette sauce, the employee could not comprehend what I was asking for. I had to have her raise every sauce bottle until I found it. When I asked for the new Doritos nachos that they have posted everywhere and on the front door, she said she did not want to make it so I would not be having those. I took one of those mini adverts they have on the tables and questioned why I would not be having their top product of the moment. She said she doesn’t want to make it. The whole experience she was rolling her eyes and she insulted me several times. They were out of cookies and she refused to make more. And to top it off, the pepsi was out of syrup. All of the pepsi’s were out of syrup. I just took a pepsi bottle and left the half full quarter pepsi water drink with the five other cups people paid for. Unacceptable. Rude employee who insulted me to my face. Worst restaurant experience and they managed to screw up the sandwiches in a restaurant where you can watch the employees make your order. If I can’t make it through to the owner or a competent manager I am placing a chargeback on the payment I made through the credit card company. Go to another subway. You can’t try the new Subway products they are advertising.

Disgusting. The people work for here . They dont understand nothing.
Worst place to come
Drive thru order screen was not working. Went inside and they were out of ham at noon
On a Monday. No cookies, slim choices for chips and the bathrooms were gross. It looked like they were going out of business.
