They gave me chicken when I requested veggie, I told him twice and he still made it chicken and laughed. I got home and had a bite and it had chicken, I called to inform and they laughed saying we don’t have time. customer service id so bad. not impressed. need to think about their recruitments

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Taco Bell on Main Street in Greenwood, IN
We accidentally ordered through the app at this Taco Bell instead of our local one in Columbus, and since it was an inside order, we couldn’t cancel. It was around 5:30 p.m., right in the middle of rush hour, but we decided to make the 40-minute drive anyway.
The lady I spoke to on the phone was as sweet as can be — she said they’d wait to make our food till we got there just in case we hit traffic. When we walked in, they greeted us with smiles and jumped right on it like we were family walking through the door. The manager even came out to say she held off making it so everything would be fresh.
They made our food perfect and even gave my whole crew free desserts for driving so far — and none of this was their fault! You just don’t see customer service like that anymore. This crew went above and beyond, and they deserve all the praise. 🌮💜
Cold food and just got it and also really messy
good place to go when everything is closed at night it’s open until 4am but the black lady and white lady that works there are very rude at night like i mean there really rude especially the red neck white lady like she was stalking us when we were out there eating in the parking lot

They keep ommitting items that we've ordered for delivery. Taco Salad shell tastes like rancid, burned oil. Practically inedible.

Kudos to the young man working litterally by himself while all the other employees are busy talking and eating. Way to sport those good work wthics young man!!!
This is my first time complaining, and I won’t be back. I was hoping this would be corrected or management would make sure people are getting what they paid for. I was wrong. The photo speaks for itself. All I wanted was my Crunchwrap and potato tacos, not 25% of the food I order. I paid 100% of the price and got 25% of the food….

This is definitely the worst Taco Bell in greenwood. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I don't know who the general manager is of this location but they need to do a better job of training their employees. Or maybe the gm themselves needs to be replaced. Will not ever be coming back here again.

For me it was the worse place in greenwood because, they’re too slow . Also I saw a person there who came after me and was a friend or a family member of a worker there. Even though she ordered after me but she received her order before me. I spent up to $40 but had to wait too much like an hour.

Worst taco bell experience by far! Out of more than half the menu. And when we didn’t get our food this is how it was given to us. Also the steak quesadillas had no steak not one piece.
