I went to taco bell 03335, and not only was the employees rude, and unprofessional. They ask me to repeat my basic order of two crunchy tacos, about 7 x then still give me the wrong stuff.. i had to come back around thinking they would change it out for the real stuff i ordered. The chick is laughing like it's funny I back, as I come back to the window telling them it was crunchy, she proceeds to saying I wasn't even charged for crunchy tacos and I was..so she's just now lying for no reason. they didn't offer to take it back or make the real request of two crunchy tacos.. and not soft.. order 8d4651. The lady was working cash register and has Andre W, as the cashier he's just who made the wrong tacos how nice for her to not take responsibility for takingthe order. I won't be going back to that location and will for sure share the ghetto experience I had with their employee there. Address 6325 e main st. Reynoldsburg Oh 43068. 3/15/2025. If there was a line to rate the service or give a bad reviewed id do it all.. and will starting here and Corporate. i work in customer service and do what I can to fix issues they face, It's not about the food at this point. It's about the lack of customer service and caring on how to fix what would be a simple mistake, and then lying to, to not have to deal with it. But as they take my money for stuff I didn't even ask for. They need new staff, ones that's aren't young and disrespectful to all their customers. this was the woman working the drive through on Saturday at 11:35 AM est. I hope she doesn't work there long she will for sure decrease the customers fast with that personality.

Waited over 30 minutes to pick up a order and watched several customers come inside and place orders after I arrived and they got their food and were nearly done eating by the time I finally got my order. Was treated very poorly by Taco Bell management and told that those other customers take priority over my pickup order.

I usually love this place, but my food tonight was not fit to eat! Everything had a really weird taste. And everything I had had beans on it, so I'm not sure if something was wrong with the beans or what was going on!

Employees are nice and the store was pretty clean but the employee that prepared the food swept the floor with gloves on and then switch gloves but didn't wash hands before changing gloves.
