Ordered a cheese quesadilla… literally only one little part of my quesadilla actually had cheese on it. My boyfriend wouldn’t go back because he was nervous they were gonna do something if we complained which is very telling of the customer service we received.

Have been to this Taco Bell a couple of times. The employees are great however, the chalupa I purchased had a shell that was still. Seem to be like 4 days old instead of fresh and soft like the other Taco Bells I purchased from. The management should really check their food products before they sell them. Unfortunately because of my second visit was just as bad, I will not return to this particular Taco Bell.

Ordered thru the app. They didn’t have any large cups or Baja blast, so they gave me a medium Pepsi. They asked if I wanted cinnamon twists to compensate for the downsize in drink. They didn’t give it to me. Ask for 6 mild sauces. Didn’t get them. Asked for chicken to be added to my burritos, only 2 of them got chicken added. Whoever the woman was talking to me through the speaker was verbally agitated after I repeatedly asked her to repeat herself because of how quiet and mumbled she was.Never had such a negative experience as at this location on 135. Every other Taco Bell was on point with service and accuracy.
I had an order here from doordash, and the manager personally handed my food to someone who wasn't my doordasher. So when my actual dasher went there, he called me saying that my food was picked up 30-40 mins ago! I was on the other end and was able to talk to her and she stated "I personally handed the dasher your food 30-40 mins ago" I told her that's not possible as I didn't have a dasher at that time she proceeded to argue with me while being confidently wrong. If it was my actual dasher, I wouldn't be on the phone with you about it! It was also a 50$ meal, which is a lot of money.The managers at this location need to be educated more on dashers because someone who got fired as a dasher can still have access to orders, not accept them but act like they are picking it up just to steal the food.The worst part is they never reimbursed me or wanted to help with the situation that the manager herself caused due to lack of proper due diligence. Ontop of all this, their Mexican pizzas taste like chemicals, and food was super stale. Made my husband and I sick after eating it. Sucks that this is the only location. They need to fire the manager and replace her with someone better.

The absolute worst Taco Bell around. The girl in the drive through was so incredibly rude when I corrected her three times on my order. She bit my head off and then when I went to the window, she forgot to give me our drinks or half our food. I was given no receipt and she was literally texting at the window instead of handing me my food! Ugh absolutely ridiculous ???
