I like the service but the food made me so mad. I got the chicken cantina tacos and there was so much room and the tacos i mean like 5 lil pieces of chicken. In not just one but both tacos. Like $10?!! For that!!

I am very happy about this place. The dude who was GM named robert help make sure I got my food after the driver forgot half of it and then decied to order his own and wait to bring mine home. We came up there he remade my entire order fresh and everything and Robert was also very much and the place clean and felt great being there so thank you GM Robert!

I came through drive-thru and placed my order that totaled out being $31 I waited for my turn to pay the drive thru guy took my payment gave me my food I carried on then I go through the bag passed every one their food and realized they forgot to put my steak nacho fries in no biggie I go back to the Taco Bell location in Greenwood pulled around to explain to them I was just here placing a $31 order and they got my nacho steak fries shouldn't of been a big deal right but the manager working apparently thought it was a big hassle to when she came to the window at the drive-thru she slams it shut and then proceeds to argue with me about the size of the product When all of this could have been avoided if her employees and herself were paying attention to detail of me the customers order Otherwise you wouldn't have a repeat customer calling them out on their mistake when somebody pays $31 worth of food for your family and then you get subpar results It's very disappointing and by the attitude of the manager and the employee that acted he was high somebody needs to be retrained this is ridiculous You guys need to do better. I will not be returning with my family ever again not with blatant disrespect coming from the manager whomever she was and I will be contacting corporate to inform them on her actions

Just got home with my food and it’s horrible. Tortillas are hard and stale. Barely any meat or food in the actual tortillas. Burritos are not folded properly. Food was barely heated up. It’s disgusting and you can tell they don’t care.

Drive three employee refused to take an in person order (from my friend) and my mobile order at the same time. They made us drive back through the drive thru a second time to get the second order. The staff also got extremely rude. Retrain your staff. This is an unacceptable level of service.

Went in today to pick up my order standing there for about 20 minutes after two employees asked me what I had. I got a message on the app, saying that my order was ready for pick up, but it was nowhere to be found on the mobile stand there was 20+ people standing around in the store and we're all talking about it. Suddenly we realize that our orders are being held hostage behind the counter? Why aren't they calling out the names or asking anybody anything we're all standing here obviously waiting on something was a complete crap show. Justine said that it's a new store policy for them to hold them behind the counter. I just don't understand. I literally had them remake my food. It had been sitting there for well over 15 minutes.

I ordered a crunchy taco with no lettuce, add seasoned rice. This is the sad, sad taco I received. I am more than disappointed. Everything else with the order was fine, and service was fine. The AI is a little offputting.
If you're looking for anything that's specially made, don't come to this location. You'll be disappointed and will NOT get your money's worth.
