For what I see mine would not be the first photo of disappointment. I feel like most of the times I go here there is something either missing or wrong with my order. I keep coming back because its a little closer but last nightđŸ˜€ I dont know if people didn't see that my fries were half, or maybe even less that half way. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMEND FOR ANY COSTUMER ( because apparently the employees don't) TO CHECK THE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE... đŸ˜€

Told the manager, Dante, that the Cinnamon twists had some kind of chemical on them. These were tried by five different people and no one could eat them. He did not care. Just went back to what he was doing. Threw away three orders of cinnamon twists. Also, if you order something on their menu that they are out of, you still get to pay for it
 But no worries, you can have something that is lesser value for free. Eat here at your own risk.

The drive thru had an Ai and not even a real person, the people did not give us the right food. Would not recommend

I walked in to order and was told I had to order on the self-serve kiosk. An older gentleman came in to order, after me, and was told the same. He hesitated, clearly struggled with the kiosk, walked back up to the counter, but no one stopped to help him so he walked out. Your staff is capable of taking orders and should be willing to do so if it is customer preference, especially for an older person who may have trouble with the screen.

Not my fave Taco Bell at all. They always mess up the food or if it is right it’s extremely sloppy. The place is always MISERABLYYY FREEZING, literally MISERABLE! so bad you can’t even enjoy your food and as soon as you unwrap it, it all gets cold so fast cuz the place is like an ICE BOX. There were hardly any drink options, the seating area was absolutely DISGUSTING. the tables, seats and floors were super dirty with food, forks, wrappers, and sticky spots everywhere. The trash can had some kind of liquid just sitting in the top of it, and to top it off these people came in and starting burping unbelievably loud and gross, almost made me sick to my stomach it was so bad. And I don’t mean just once or twice but continuously
 I thought she was going to puke herself, & somehow the manager or lady who was working thought it was funny and in her own words “it was awesome.” The reviews def don’t lie on this place. They need some serious help and work. Won’t go back by my choice, that’s for sure.

Cold food, warm drink. Quesadilla didn't even have the cheese melted. Eventually the ice cooled the soda some but not refreshing at all. Empenada was pretty old as well. 3 stars is generous.

I learned today that taco bell does not take additional orders at the window. The employee at drive thru could have 1) been patient while I placed my order. 2) asked me if I wanted sauces instead of being annoyed when I asked for some. 3) been a bit friendly when I asked if I could add to my order at the window.

The staff is very incoprative they behave strangely and just passing their time doing chit chat with each other unless preparing order just standing and looking at each other

Dont know what's going on recently but every time we order at 2am the ice machine doesnt work and they're out of fries... a little suspicious

“Boy, I hate having a job and income and a way to pay my bills” is how the employees sound when I go inside to pick up an order and they’re complaining out loud about online orders coming in.
