Addicted to their California Breakfast Crunch Wraps. I order ahead with their app, and pick up my food at the drive thru with a very friendly attendant. I was so disappointed, though, that the app failed on me and I wasn't able to place an order. Yes, I could have placed my order at the drive thru (like a caveman), but that's not how I roll. Anyways, the store is awesome for my weekend breakfast option!

No, they have an ai drive-through that makes their works do even less. Half the store was sitting around in literally the front of the store. Just throw my food in a rapper and what seems like they shot it into the bag like a basketball. This place sucks make a change, and go to Chipotle or something.

The automated drive-thru while it could be good cannot fix its mistakes. When you ask for a live person it transfer you and the person seems annoyed that they have to take your order. Sorry I didn't want the two cheese quesadillas that the machine thought I had said. Customer service goes a long way McDonald's next door took my order just fine.

Placed an order on the app for dining room pick up but the doors were locked. Had to in line for an HOUR just to get to the speaker and be told the system was down so no food. I got a text telling me the food was ready, go to pick it up but the doors were locked so I wait in the drive thru line for an hour only to be told I can’t have the food I was told was already done and bagged for me and ready? Unbelievable. I don’t like to complain but this is just ridiculous. Charged $25 worth of food that I was told I couldn’t have. Ridiculous

Enjoy the convenience of some quick tacos! I gave service a 4 star though, because they are working out the kinks in the new automated service so putting my order in was sort of a hassle and had to be re-done completely by a service member anyway.
