You can't order at the counter anymore with a human being. You have to order through the kiosk. And there are too many things that are online only. I will give them credit, this time they did get our entire order correct. The only thing I had to get replaced was a bag of chips because they gave us all crunched up ones.

This review doesn't directly affect me. I however needed to review and make aware what I have witnessed at this particular one multiple times. I understand that since we've come out of covid that no fast food restaurant wants to tend to their counter. All the current restaurants are trying to force customers to use a self-checkout. However this particular Taco Bell in comparison to the one in Whiteland pretty much refuses to tend to their counter, even when they have five people standing there looking at you. However, on this particular visit I stood there for about 4 or 5 minutes looking at employees not acknowledging myself or the elderly couple in front of me who had been there for almost 5 minutes. Meanwhile the young kids that are back there are just chit-chatting. Finally a lady tells one of the young men to help the counter. But what I witnessed was this guy literally not wanting to do the job he gets paid to do. For lack of a better word I was disgusted how he pretty much blew this elderly couple off. He sat there and convinced this elderly couple that he could help them, however the kiosk are behind them and they could use those. They clearly looked apprehensive not wanting to use the kiosk. He then repeats "I mean I can help you if you want me to but I mean or you can just use those it's really your choice." Was it really a choice because clearly they didn't want to do it. He then walks away and then never even acknowledges me at all. Just so we're clear this has been the same with almost every visit at this particular Taco Bell that I have made

I'm rating it based upon comparable fast food and price. Drive-thru is usually pretty quick and at least for me they always get my order correct. Luckily it's close to me, so whenever I have a craving it doesn't take me long to fix it.

Are you kidding me! I was starting after work and decided to go thur Taco Bell. I had this and a cheese roll up. It was over $7.00!!! There was hardly anything on my Cheesy Gordita crunch. What a rip off!!! So disappointed in the company.

Anytime I go, the staff is rude, anytime I get something that I didn't order and ask if they can replace, I'll even show receipt, I get an eye roll and I get rudeness from the employee that I so happen to get.

Don’t go here at 11, the minimum wage Taco Bell employees proceeded to call people fat in line while having a mental breakdown. Never in my life did I think to see a kid lose his mind over something so simple.

This is the only Taco Bell that I’ve ever been to late at night that consistently makes the same excuse of being out of literally every ingredient they use on their menu and still opens the next day with out having that issue.

This location is closed at random days and times frequently. One time, I ordered on the Taco Bell website and when I went to pick up my order, a sign on the door said they were closed. I requested a refund as I did not get my order, but 6 months later and several contacts to Taco Bell and I haven't received a dime back. Crooks!!

Was waiting at 10:55 for any staff to serve me to order breakfast. No one appeared so I used the tap thing behind me. My order went in at 11:01 and I was told no breakfast?! So what is that? Why do you treat your customers so poorly?????
