Always a great place to eat and great service, unless you get Destiny W as your server, then you will have a terrible experience.

We waited over 30 minutes for our food, it was cold. I asked the waiter if they just forgot to bring it out because it was cold. After what I felt like we were ignored I finally got our waiters attention and said he could take it off my bill but he needed to take my food....ok and he could remake it but he couldn't tell me how long it would take.

Food was great, Cheesecake was Amazing. Staff was kind and attentive. Plan to spend a bit more than usual but worth it.

We did the curbside pickup on some cheesecake. It was stellar. Took it home so the atmosphere was fine.

So many options to choose from whether it's brunch, lunch, dinner, dessert or drinks. The hardest decision of all is in the name... choose from nearly 20 different cheesecake flavors... they are impeccably made and decorated. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and intimate (the floor seating is rather close). Choose a high table for some privacy if needed.

For a late dinner, I had a mojito, steak Diane and a slice of smores cheesecake. 10 of 10!

The Sweet Corn cake tamales were delicious. My chocolate martini glass was all chipped around the top of the Martini glass like someone decided to take jagged bites out of the glass. I don't how that didn't get caught before it came to the table, I asked for a new one, the Manager comped the drink but the second drink looked like they just poured my original drink into the new glass. An Absolute Disappointment 😞.

Food was delicious, however I was served the driest tap water I've ever had in my life. I still tipped the waitress because that's not her fault.

The mushroom appetizer and the beet avocado salad were excellent. The Tuscan chicken was under cooked. The steak entree with white rice was ok. The original cheesecake and the sugar free cheesecake with strawberries is very good. It was an enjoyable lunch.

The atmosphere was OK. The service was fine. Nothing special. It was my first time in a cheesecake factory. Probably will never go again. Too high priced and average to low quality of food. French fries were room temperature. Cheeseburger was warm, not hot. It had sat for awhile. I was not impressed even in the slightest. Texas Roadhouse has much more flavor and quality for half the price.
