First time trying The Energy Spot. Great and friendly service. Love the atmosphere, and the vibe. The ingredients taste fresh and flavorful. They offer a variety of different flavors and options for their shakes and drinks. I also like that they have a complementary aloe shot with every order. I definitely recommend ?
You have to spend at least $9 to get a protein shake. The guy said they are a meal replacement establishment. There is no option to JUST get a protein shake. There are lots of flavor options and the place appeared clean BUT over priced.
Always a great experience here! The menu and choices can be overwhelming but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The shakes are SO good and keep me full for 5-6 hours. Definitely stop by if you’re wanting a quick, healthy choice.
