As a customer who is trying to support your business and when every time I stop by the greenwood location it’s never open. Your words “open Thursday-Sunday”. For me this is a 1 star because you have a location that does not serve your customers.
Your cupcakes are amazing and I would love to support you if it was ever open when I needed to purchase them. As a sales rep that gives treats to local businesses I have to go to your competitors because this location isn’t open half the week. I’m sorry you don’t like my review but it’s my review.

My son and I went in to purchase the Solar Eclipse cupcakes. We bought 2 cupcakes and it cost 17.02$. We were so excited to get home to eat them . Unfortunately they were terrible. Extremely dry and dense cake and Crunchy frosting with a bad after taste.

I bought cupcakes yesterday for my granddaughter’s 24 birthday. I have always loved your cupcakes in the past but it has been years since I have bought any. I was very disappointed for they felt like they were old and stale. People left half of their cake on their plate.

This place is so overpriced and and not worth the time . We ordered a cake from them 30 minutes later we had to call and let them know we need to go a different way for my daughter's 18th birthday . We was told we can't cancel of have a refund. After we paid 80 bucks for a very small Cake . Do not not shop there . There refund policy is covered up on the counterEdit per flying cupcake response:"your policy is posted on the counter"....give me a break. Once we called to cancel ( literally less then 30 mintues after we left) and you told us the policy was posted and we couldn't cancel, we looked for the said "sign" when we picked up said order. We searched the entire desk, but it wasn't until I noticed the tip jar and flyers were ontop and covering said "sign". If you wanted to make sure your policies are clear and want to do right by your customers, you would have your employees make your "convenient policies" clear. You're right, we will not be returning, nor will we recommend your establishment to anyone

I hate giving negative reviews, but I did not have a good experience when I went on July 26th to the Greenwood location. The young lady at the cash register and who assisted us was not very helpful or very engaging. I asked what some of her favorites were because I would have literally bought anything she told me was good, and she was just not very helpful. She literally said that she has just had them too many times. Anyways bought some and took them home tried a couple and they were not very tasty. I got pineapple dole whip (love dole whip) and not even a hint of pineapple. Same with the key lime, both tasted like vanilla cupcakes. I’ll probably end up tossing the rest because I could have gotten better from the grocery store. I bought these for my birthday and pretty disappointed.
Place is trash. Ownership is horrible. Threw away my product. Claims she couldn't hold the cupcakes due to Board of Health violations. Then she says she could have "set them outside on the ground" had I called and said I would be late. Not sure the Board would approve of this either. (Will have the Board of Health investigate this as well) Claims I was a male and "hated women" and when I told her I would just give her an honest review she said "what to my 25 followers". She then claims she called the Carmel police department because I was threatening her. Very rude. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. She said please write the review and she would respond so this could be good. Looking forward to reading it! I wish I had a way to post her call online. Stay away from this horrible place. Will file a complaint with the BBB as well. Shame on you Flying Cup cake. PLEASE BRING BACK Gigi's

Wanted to try a new place for grandson birthday. Picked up six cup cakes. 4 birthday vanilla and 2 chocolate 1 humming bird. I was really disappointed. $39.00. I should have known that cupcakes weren't going to be good, you couldn't smell any butter or vanilla in the cupcakes. The cake was really dry. The cake didn't taste homemade. Cake didn't have good flavor. Frosting just tasted like vegetable shortening and sugar. The display case wasn't well lit, the associate was not friendly. The experience was not good. I would not go back. I don't mind price when the product matches ?

This place was great!!! I placed an order on the phone for pickup and everything went smooth. The cake tasted delicious! I got the caramel cake for my bfs birthday and he loved it!I also got a few cupcakes which were just as good!The service was excellent.Perfect place for just a sweet treat or for a celebration
