The person who took our order was just so clearly not interested?? I understand you hate your job, you hate work I do too but Jesus christ I want my food just like you want your food when you eat out. BUM.

How is this place so incapable of figuring their stuff out?!? I’m not sure what has happened since the summer last year, but I’ve had to leave the drive thru 3 different times because there has been one car at the speaker for 5+ minutes every time. I decided to wait this time and it was a 25 minutes trip. Fired were cold and soggy and the burgers weren’t great. Get it together!!

Me, my wife & our 2 kids went to this Wendy’s last night around 9:15. We went inside & as I was ordering our food my son banged his chin on the counter. He was crying hysterically & the manager Ramir was extremely caring. He gave my son a frostie & our daughter a toy. When he brought our food to us he was very friendly & respectful. Promote this guy to GM!
went inside tonight to order carry out for some reason and happy i did. the food was fresh and hot. the service was great, super friendly. i overheard the manager, Romer (apologize for misspelling) interacting with the employees and it made my heart happy. i’ve worked alot of jobs with a lot of sucky managers and it was just nice to eavesdrop and hear some kindess in the world again.

Sometimes they get your order right and sometimes they don't. If you ask for more sauce or plasticware or something, the manager will give you a pissed off look. And the guy manager doesn't seem to have very good customer service.

Driving home on christmas eve looking for somewhere open. Saw that they were open and pulled into the drive thru at 7:30. Car in front of us finally had their order taken and pulled forward after 13 minutes. We pulled up to the speaker at 7:43. Silence. Nobody said anything. We waited and waited and tried talking into the speaker only to hear nothing. Since it took so long for the car in front of us we thought maybe it was just slow moving. Understandable so we waited patiently.At 8:01 employees came out the back door by the drive through speaker and looked at us and said "oh they're closed" 6 or 7 more cars behind us. So they just ignored us until they closed at 8. If they didn't want to serve us they could've just politely said so through the speaker instead of letting us sit there for another 20 minutes with a hungry 3 yr old and wasting our time. In an economic time where places are being forced to close left and right you'd think they'd value having customers, not treat them like suckers. Will never return to this location no matter what based off of this experience.

We went through the drive through, as we have many times with the same order at this location and multiple different locations, and ordered our usual. Our usual as a family of four is this: The 10pc Nugget Combo Meal for our daughter, the Big Bacon Classic for myself (only lettuce, bacon, onion, and cheese), the Dave's Double (no pickle) for the hubs, and a Dave's Triple (lettuce and cheese only) for our son. The cashier was a young girl who was doing her best, super kind, and apologetic for not understanding. She was was amazing!!! I wish I knew her name to give her credit as she was trying so hard to get our order right. She requested help from her manager, as she should, and that is where my issue lies. The manager was unprofessional and demeaning. She told my husband, "Next time, if you're order is doing to be difficult you should come in." I quickly leaned over him and let her know that our son is autistic and has sensory issues, so logically his order is very basic. If that was an issue we would go elsewhere, and of course she didn't acknowledge me but then restarted the order with my husband. It's rare that I do reviews unless earned, and this one was earned. We didn't expect everything to be right (and it wasn't even after 20 minutes of talking), we were very patient and understanding with the cashier who was doing her best, and to be treated like that by "management" was as unprofessional as it gets. Not the example you should set for the teenage workers looking up to you. Not that it matters, but we won't be going back.

After 4 years of visiting this Wendy's, I'm finally taking the time to review. This is probably the worst Wendy's on the south side of Indy, if you value your time or order accuracy.
They are always out of something - typically something they're either advertising OR something random like Ranch or Vanilla Syrup. We check our order every single time, and 9/10 times, we are missing something.
We have been told to pull forward to wait for our order...when we got fries and a coke. It took them 15 minutes to walk them out.
We have been given orders and the window slammed in our faces while we try to ask them for a missing item multiple times.
And most recently, they forgot, in no particular order: a kids toy, a kids drink, one adult drink, and ice (how?) in another drink, and straws. Oh! And we had waited for 10 minutes at the window before they gave us the first part of our order.
I've heard they are under new management, but unfortunately, it hasn't made a difference in my experience. It's slow, the food is poorly prepared, and we can't trust that our order is correct. If they can fix the basics, the rest will follow - but right now, in our experience, they can't even reach that bar. I hope things improve, because this is a super convenient location - but honestly, it's probably faster to drive to another south side location who will (a) have what you order and (b) give it to you in a reasonable amount of time.

If you can’t staff your store just close it. 30 min in the drive through to be told “I’ll take your order in just a sec.” Is honestly absolute bs. Lobby was closed and there was 2 other cars in the drive through. Unacceptable.
The staff here are always courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Food service can be a tough industry, and this location always handles the stress with grace!
