Stale food. Old burger patties. Hard buns. $28 on trash. DO NOT EAT HERE if you’re traveling and it’s late. Crew members were nice, short female manager with glasses came across hatful. 2 stars because of polite crew, other than that 0 stars.

The guy at the window was rude, he didn't want to help when asked questions, he didn't even say thank you after paying but can snap his gum like crazy! First time visiting on October 18 around 4:30, also the last time!

Pulled up at 10:25 to the drive thru for breakfast, someone came on the intercom and said give them a minute. Then 5 minutes later, at 10:30, they come back and try to take my order. They are then serving lunch. Definitely done ON PURPOSE, out of laziness. Incredibly rude.

Those people didn't care if anyone walked through their doors. Restroom was filthy. Chili had zero of anything to chew on. Cookie was flat. Never going back to this location.

I had to confirm my order 2 times. I was in the drive thru the person on the other end was speaking low and gave me the immpression she didnt care at all .so I get my food I asked for a single with baked potato dbl cream dbl buttee the single had bacon on it , i didnt ask for bacon .The sandwich had no lettuce pickles or condiments on it plus the bread seemed crumbly and old THE SANDWICH WAS COLD THE BACKED POTATO WAS COLD IM DISAPPOINTED

The girl working the drive thru tonight 9/7:2025 w the braids and mousy brown hair needs and attitude adjustment ! They forgot the ranch for our nuggets so I waited at window for her to come back - she opens window with an attitude giving me a dirty look. I politely asked for ranch and she grabbed it and practically threw it at me then slammed the window on me. I did not deserve this - I come here all the time and if I see her again and she has an attitude I’m calling her out and asking for management immediately. No reason for it! Get another job if you can’t handle a little customer service even with the NICE customers!

I'm giving a 5-star review for improvement. We ate inside. The manager - Douglas - is trying hard to bring this up. He's apparently working on the Franklin Wendy's at the same time, so a tough task. They were short staffed, but the food was warm and done right. I don't particularly care for the kiosk-only option, and one of the kiosks was down, but it's at least a way to deal with the short staffing. Douglas came out after the rush was over and thanked everyone who had to wait a bit. One guy got his order misplaced, so Douglas made a new one and brought out cookies for his kids as compliments for the mistake. He owned the issue, and took quick action to resolve it.

It's not perfect, but getting a lot better than it had been over the past year or two. I can't deny myself a spicy chicken sandwich and their real lemonades, so I've been going anyway, but definitely happy that they're taking steps to improve.

Went to this location for the Wednesday collaboration meals. Two meals cost over $24, we recieved milk not frozen ice cream for both frostys, food was hot, until I had to wait 18 minutes for the milk drinks ( suppose to be frostys). Two meals combined in one bag with 4 total sauces , didn't recieve the promised 8 and no calab spoons. Ridiculous!! Stay away- it's a rip off!
