The bites are good if they don’t burn them! When trying to call the store on more than one occasion, NO one answers the phone. It transfers to a mailbox that is always full! Very poor service! Another problem is they do not have items available when you get there. If they would ANSWER the phone you would NOT make a trip for nothing!
Parking: Location is in a Mall. Parking is very difficult and hard to find anywhere close to a door.

Cashier was nice but I got food poisoning Monday night from a bad hot pretzel I got with a cheese cup, which is a shame. Either the pretzel was undercooked or it was the cheese, I'm not sure. Never really had a problem with this WP before in Greenwood and now I'm kinda scared to go back. I love their pretzels, man...

Got the wrong cream cheese dip. I always get the cream cheese dip that usually comes with the cinnamon and sugar pretzel bites but this time I was given the wrong one.

Cold pretzel so hard you could chip a tooth. I asked for coffee and the lady looked at me as if she never heard of coffee. They don't serve coffee btw. Also staff were not at all friendly.

Good pretzels but another pretzel place that gives you that awful pre-packaged cheese. Theyve Completely ruined my pretzel experience with that garbage.** recommend getting a pretzel, then going to Lucas pizza to get good cheese to dip it in. Then it's worthy of ? ? ? ? ?!

Update your hours and answer the phone when someone calls????? Says you close at 9 I was there at 8:30 and the girl stood behind the door watching me would never come out. Ridiculous when I drive out of my way and the hours aren’t even correct.
I always go to Wetzels in the Greenwood, Indiana mall. It's a treat for my son. We pick it over Auntie Anne's. I haven't had a bad experience until tonight. The bites were burned and I literally watched the young lady pull a burnt pretzel out of the fryer and put it in my sack. I'm talking charred on the bottom. When I said something she just said " have a nice day" like I was a being rude person.
