Got the wrong cream cheese dip. I always get the cream cheese dip that usually comes with the cinnamon and sugar pretzel bites but this time I was given the wrong one.

Cold pretzel so hard you could chip a tooth. I asked for coffee and the lady looked at me as if she never heard of coffee. They don't serve coffee btw. Also staff were not at all friendly.

Loved the pretzel dog! There was a line, but the service was good & we didn't wait long! We took the pretzels home & they were good too. Although this was a mall shop, it was clean & orderly. It was near an entrance & so it was a quick in & out.

Good pretzels but another pretzel place that gives you that awful pre-packaged cheese. Theyve Completely ruined my pretzel experience with that garbage.** recommend getting a pretzel, then going to Lucas pizza to get good cheese to dip it in. Then it's worthy of ? ? ? ? ?!

There is only 3 places that you can find Wetzel's Pretzels, an arena/stadium, an airport or a mall, like where I found this one. This place is located in the Greenwood mall, between JC Penny's and Von Maur. You can actually see them making the pretzels on the counter right in front of you. You can get many different varieties of pretzels, featuring traditional salted, almond crunch and cinnamon covered. Once you decided on a flavor, you can get it in either the traditional pretzel or pretzel bites. You will find different variations of hotdogs on the menu including the pretzel dog, dog bites, and cheese dogs. They also serve delicious hand squeezed (or at least it tastes hand squeezed) lemonade. It has a little tartness, just like I like it. Outside of making my order, I did not have much interaction with the staff, but they seemed friendly enough. I got an order or the regular pretzel bites for the littles and me and they were fresh and delicious. They did not even make it to the car. They never had a chance. Anyway, this is worthy of being a special treat for your littles and/or yourself.

Update your hours and answer the phone when someone calls????? Says you close at 9 I was there at 8:30 and the girl stood behind the door watching me would never come out. Ridiculous when I drive out of my way and the hours aren’t even correct.

I always go to Wetzels in the Greenwood, Indiana mall. It's a treat for my son. We pick it over Auntie Anne's. I haven't had a bad experience until tonight. The bites were burned and I literally watched the young lady pull a burnt pretzel out of the fryer and put it in my sack. I'm talking charred on the bottom. When I said something she just said " have a nice day" like I was a being rude person.
You all need to update your hours, or answer the phone when someone tries to call you

Made a quick stop at this pretzel place while at Greenwood mall. The customer service was great. They were very nice and helpful. I wanted a cheese pretzel prior to closing. They quickly accommodated. The pretzel was yummy. The lemonade was a little too tart for my taste. Will return.
