Our waitress was Shelby. Very nice and courteous. The food and Shelby's service was great. Shelby detailed the food we wanted and explained and understood what we were getting. We will be going back and asking Shelby to wait on us

Kayla took great care of us! Food and service was wonderful. They have just opened and were very busy but we felt that everything went very smooth considering they are newly opened.

I have been at this location now several times, and each times I noticed a decline. Do not let them sit you at the table by the kitchen door. There is a lot of traffic, and there is a cold draft.

I have noticed that the floors are not even, and when you try to move a chair, they get stuck at the grout.

I had to send the coffee cintainer back because it was not clean on the outside.
The kitchen does not read the instructions the server gives them. My order and several other orders around me had to go back for remake.

When you order off the gluten-free menue be prepared to have your food extra salted.

The young lady at the front desk needs to chear up. Each time we have been there, she appeared not to be ready to work. That might come from the manager who was on duty today. She wore a froun the entire time we were there.

We were seated for over 10 minutes and were never acknowledged by anyone who walked by. We were seated right by the kitchen door, and everyone walked past, but no one stopped. Ended up just leaving and going elsewhere.

I had biscuits with bacon gravy. The biscuits were hard and burnt. I've ate at the one close to kentucky. Everyone was nice and friendly. Not sure if I will go back. Not impressed.
