Food is decent if they take your order correctly and it doesn't take 3 times to get it right.
Wings were dry and overcooked.
It’s a pain in the a** to order anything from wing stop to expensive and a huge waste of time!
It was just okay. It was a busy weekend, so maybe that's why I wasn't super impressed. I picked up an order on time; however, I feel that it had been sitting for awhile. They had trouble finding it. The wings were not hot.

Please answer your phone! Not everything can be done through the app. We called numerous times and kept trying for about 30 mins. Unacceptable.
The reason I go to wingstop over other wing places is so when I pay 5$ for a large ranch, I get a large ranch not 6 small ranches. The small ranches don't even come close to making up a large ranch. Its a rip off and I won't be back. I'm passionate about my ranch.

When this Wingstop opened, we were so happy because the older location on Shelby Street has just gone way downhill unfortunately this location is now just as bad tonight. I called and held for 22 minutes while no one picked up the phone. I then went to pick up my food that I had ordered online and it was cool. I asked for my fries to be remade and was told sure give me just a few minutes 10 minutes later, I asked if the fries have been dropped and they have not guys are standing around, staring at their cell phone, not helping customers. They clearly have a problem with poor management.

this place is so consistently bad. I hate leaving a bad review .. i like to chop things up to just a bad day or bad order. But i just cant anymore.. the lack of care is astonding . Ive never had staler bread in my life . Want sauced wings? Forget it. Heres a glob of sauce on the bottom left. but If u like ur sodas flat.. this is the spot.. want people to look at u with pure disgust cause u walked in.. this is the spot.. maybe ill find joy in the frys..oh no. Theyre cold too . Its like they want to be the worst so noone comes in or something. 🤣

Ordered online an hour ahead for a 7:15 pickup. Tipped 18%. OVER 45 minutes PAST the 7:15 pickup!! Don't advertise for the National Championship if you can't handle the business!! Ridiculous!

Don’t order from here!!! Worst service I have ever had. The employee are so rude and unprofessional. I messed up on a carryout order that’s on me I understand. I immediately called them after I placed it. The Indian guy was rude off the bat I tried to explain he didn’t care then said cancel it. And hung up. I log in as a guest and didn’t have access. I also tip them for this service is crazy. I tried to call back they picked up twice and hung up then the third time just put me immediately on hold. Who ever is working here on 01/16/25 at 10-11:30 pm I will be call corporate.

We ordered Wingstop last Friday and ended up doing delivery through Doordash. Only half the order was delivered because the employees let the dasher take off with only half of the order, instead of telling them the order wasnt ready. We still had 29 wings in the order sitting at the store and ended up having to drive over there ourselves to get it. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed.

Food is good but whoever they use to deliver forgets to get grab everything that have ordered every single time.

Food is good. Ordered a meal for my family and they gave us a majority but forgot 2 fries; 1 voodoo, 1 regular. Weird crumbs from something all over our boxes. Also places weird sticky stuff on drink lids that are impossible to get off without leaving a sticky residue all over.

Wingstop #1877 5045 Junipero Serra Blvd Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.
