Ordered a plate with double fries and 6 tenders. I missing 1 tenders and obviously not double fries. I go to ask for my fries and they fix it but I go to get ketchup and the managers sitting there at the front counter complaining about me saying I was lying even when I showed the picture and plate. Horrible customer service even after showing the picture. Do not recommend go to a better chicken place like chicfila or Popeyes even

My wife ordered through Uber eats. We picked up our order. The staff was very rude. We ordered 5 chicken fingers. We got like 2.5 fingers. I called them and the response was take ot up with Uber eats. We know we screwed you over but we dont care. Basically what the child on the phone stated. We will not be returning. This saddens me as I used to be fond of their food. This location has gone to crap!

So they go through all the trouble of making these commercials for these new tacos and they look so good. I probably haven't been to Zaxby's in over 10 years so I finally went because I wanted to try these tacos. Extremely disappointed in the fact that they barely and I mean barely put any toppings on them. They look nothing like the picture at all and I don't find this out until I get home a half hour later from my drive from work so it's too late to go back. Do better!

Zaxby's is one of my favorite places. My husband and I, first had it in Tennessee two years ago and we were so excited to see it in Indianapolis Indiana. So of course we had to have it. Definitely need to see one open up in Schererville Indiana.

I LOVE this location!! The employees are always so friendly and make sure my food is good anytime I come. If there’s ever a mess up, they are quick to resolve the issue. Thank you guys for all that you do.

Horrible place to attend .. I was doing an DoorDash order here & verbally had a MANAGER get on the headset and rudly told me if I didn’t like it or to come inside I could cancel the door dash order and go somewhere else , when I asked Sophia / Alexis for her name she rudely said back “I don’t have to give you my name” i replied so your refusing to give me your name ? Her response was “I don’t care about you having my name I don’t serve black people anyway” I than drove out the drive thru came in asked for the order and heard her whisper and say I’m telling DoorDash to unassign that order from her . Had the order unassigned, once another came through another young lady came and said your not supposed to get assigned any orders here we are refusing to give you any DoorDash order all because I am African American , any African Americans please be aware , because Alexis/ Sophia won’t serve you

Managers have zero clue about their menu and what customers are being charged for!

Went through the drive thru and ordered a 6 chicken finger plate. It comes with a small drink and fries.

I told them I didn’t want the drink. After I paid I looked at the receipt and realized there was no discount for not taking the drink so I told them I wanted the drink I paid for.

The manager claimed I got a $1 discount for not getting a drink. THIS IS INCORRECT.

I went back and reviewed the menu board and I was charged full price as the small drink is included in the price! It’s only if you want to UPSIZE to a large drink that you’re charged a $1!!!!!!!!!!!

The food, superb.
The service ? Absolutely amazing. Veronica treated me as a Victorian noble famished after a tiresome day of galavanting. The ambiance ? Zapzalutely amazing. Captivated both my mind and my taste buds. 100/10.

This is a nice building. It had great food escpecially considering how fast they got it ready. The bathroom was very clean. The staff was polite. Overall it was a great place to stop in.
