Never been to a Zaxbys before, but I received a gift card so I thought I’d give it a try. I’ve driven by the restaurant many times and very rarely see cars in the parking lot or in the drive thru, so I probably should have assumed it wasn’t good and it wasn’t.

I ordered some bone in wings, fries and cheese curds.

The wings were doused in sauce and yet surprising the driest and over cooked chicken I’ve had in a long time. I can only imagine the taste and texture being similar to the turkey in National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. I would say the sauce was flavorful and not worst, but not really anything I’d want to eat again.

By the time I got home the fries were mushy because they are packaged in a closed container and continue steam as I drove home. Probably why no other fast food restaurant serves fries in a closed container.

The cheese curds had no taste and an odd firm texture.

Overall, I wouldn’t go back.

Always a great experience at Zaxby's. I love both of their hot buffalo sauces. The manager send like he's really invested in the satisfaction of his customer.

My family and I recently stopped in for a quick dinner after watching a world famous marching band put on a tremendous performance at regionals. All four of us got the BIG ZAX SNAK® MEAL and were happy with the food. The chicken was good, although the pieces seemed somewhat small. I really enjoyed the SPICY ZAX SAUCE™. We all felt the highlight of da meal was the fries. They were crinkle cut, which is obviously superior to other cuts, and had a zesty seasoning. On the other hand, the Texas Toast was a bit bland. I would like to conclude the first ever review for this particular establishment by thanking all of my family and friends that have supported and encouraged my passion for writing TripAdvisor reviews over the years.

Denise and her staff are absolutely phenomenal. Laura Brooke and I know I'm missing other names but you guys are amazing. I had a terrible experience at the Emerson location was hung up on cursed out and even worse left hungry ? I get that everybody's having a bad day from time to time, but this was completely unacceptable. The young lady came unhinged on the phone hanging up on me telling me she can't tell me anything about her location Such as the store number/location number and she was very Reluctant to give her general managers name I had to ask six times she then proceeded to tell me that it would be several weeks 3-4 before her GM would be returning. That very well may be the case however not for one second do I believe that they are not going to have a general manager present for 3 to 4 weeks. If that is the case, then shame on Zaxby's. Thank you, Denise and everybody at this branch for being so polite, kind and courteous. It cost nothing to be nice to somebody.

Oh my goodness, ugh! This rating is solely due to the poor customer service I personally witnessed this afternoon, Aug. 1st.
There were three occupied tables in the dining room, who all had been mopped into their seats, so to speak. With three people seated being elderly.
A lady and gentleman were explaining how this was a safety issue and the employee up front argued with them. Stating over and over that they must mop the establishment daily, and at 3 p.m. it was only 2:30 when that was said... the employee remained argumentative until their conversation escalated to the point that an older gentleman at a table of five piped in as well while his table was now currently being mopped in, too..
The floors truly were soaked, I actually slipped myself, so I totally understood their concern, especially with the business not bothering to even put out a wet floor sign..
I have never seen such behavior before.. and with the restaurant employees blatant disregard for their customer's safety, I decided this wasn't the place for me. I will Not return to this location, and I would not recommend this place. Well, not this particular location anyway.

I loved Zaxby’s when they first opened. I noticed the fingers were of good size, fresh, and tasty. Now the fingers aren’t much bigger than a boneless wing. Very disappointing.
