Went to zaxbys and asked for cheese on my fries. You’d think they’d melt the cheese on the fries but they just put cold shredded cheese on my fries. I went back through the drive through and asked if they could melt it for me and the manager(short, middle aged manager with blonde highlights) said “ummm we have nothing to do that”…. There are loaded fries with MELTED cheese on the menu. Manager was rude and was not respectful by no means. Will not be returning to this location.

CONSTANTLY forget items, drinks taste watered down, little to no sauce on the sauce items, kids meal now has a total of 10 fries in it, and portion sizes are cut across the board. Disgusting and disappointing.

I ordered a dinner combo. The chicken fingers were hot and crunchy. The coleslaw was creamy and the fries were crispy. My favorite. The wait time at the drive thru was nominal and the cashier was friendly. I will gladly order this one again.

So. While dining here on 08/27 in the evening the manager ,Jeff, was heard screaming as loud as he could at the employees, mind you he seemed to be in the back of the store, And while I was sitting in the front lobby eating the scream echoed to the front dining area, immediately those of us sitting eating looked up to see what was going on, another employee came out looking semi distressed after the whole situation. While this employee was in the lobby I heard the manager scream again at this employee. If this is how he treats his staff I’m surprised there are any left on this shift. To the rest of the staff they were all great and I have no complaints. All I can say is that if he treats you like that please look elsewhere because none of you deserve that.
