Never in my life have I eaten something that made me question if I did something wrong in a past life. I used to work at Burger King—where frozen patties and broken dreams were the norm—and still, I never served anything that looked like it crawled out of a grave and gave up halfway. even the shaytan will tell me to bismallah so he doesn’t eat with me

if you like waiting 25/30 min for one whopper sandwich no meal this is the place to go!!!! Also they have a rapper serving the food with 1/10 customer service skills this man doesn’t understand how to talk to humans at all

Where do I start....well one thing I can say the food is pretty decent depending on who is cooking. Im not sure whats the name of this employee Im pretty sure he is the manager because everyone else there looks too young to be one. I usually come in sometimes during 5-7ish depending on my schedule.
This manager is THE SLOWEST cook EVER!!!!
I know it's not anyone's at the drive thru fault honestlv some of the best drive thru people I ever met!! But...waiting 20+ minutes in line for a burger and fries is absolutely ridiculous!! I've dined in a few times and this managers attitude is just so NASTY!!! The way he articulates his words is disgustingly rude!!! He bosses his employees around like they work in a factory for him!! I recently came to the drive thru and waited an awful amount of time and had a talk with the young man who was doing drive thru. He expressed how deeply sorry he was for the wait and I could just see the misery on his face. This Burger King specifically needs to do a better job at who they chose to lead 💯.. These employees deserve a better manager or better yet, a job that moves at their pace where they don't depend on the speed of others!!

i walk in and i’m standing there for atleast ten minutes and 5 workers all stare at me the whole time and no one’s taking my order. i’m watching and all workers are working extremely slow and they all are acting really idiotic. cleaning needs to be a priority here because it’s extremely unsanitary the way the workers handle the food and food that i seen looked really disturbing. i walked out after i seen another worker touch all types of things and no one still took my order

ZERO STARS---DO NOT EAT HERE. This restaurant is a JOKE. They NEVER get the order right & you will wait 30minutes to an hour because they dont know how to pull up cars or actually work. Inside is FILTHY but they will tell you straight to your face that its clean (their definition of clean is SCARY!) Jessica the customer service rep SUCKS. Automated emails that just offer you points and they refuse to give refunds. The only time they actually agreed to give me a refund i never got it and they stopped responding to me! All employees and managers are rude and incompetent. & I am fairly certain i saw a DRUG deal happening at the window! Employee gave the customer cash and the customer handed them a bag. Pretty sure drive thrus work the opposite of that 🤔 Corporate needs to shut this place down or do a complete turnover or transfer of employees and managers from a better location (if there is one)

Ordered online thru their app and waited 10 minutes for the order... Was on the way to work which is why I ordered ahead of time

Was just there for my lunch break. Ordered a #1 with a Large sweet tea. I proceeded through the drive through, then paid. When I received my food, it was the wrong sauce & drink, so I called back immediately using the contact information on my receipt because I do not drink soda, but that is what they gave me. They said I never ordered there. I was never there and that It was the wrong location. That lady claimed to be the manager and working in the kitchen. I tracked the map from directly where I just drove from and it was exactly the exact same one I just called. I tried calling again and now they won’t answer.

My Royal Crispy Chicken was undercooked. If you get anything from here please check it while you are still at the restaurant, as this is just unsafe. If it wasn't me it could have been a child who didn't observe it and could've gotten sick. Just don't go here as there is another Burger King not far. But again, if you do, just check the food.
