This location is the worst. They close at 12am which is supposed to be convenient but instead I went around 10pm and no one answered the com and when we left after not being answered there was a girl in the window on her phone… This has happened multiple times where it’s late and I want food and they DONT ANSWER THE DRIVE THRU SPEAKER. no matter how long u wait me and every other car drive away when this location says they close at 12 and there are people inside. At least put up a sign or answer and say u are not taking orders due to a problem. This has been happening for months now.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND WHEN I SAY TERRIBLE I MEAN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH WEIRD ENERGY... IT WILL BE 5 PEOPLE WALKING BACK AND FORWARD FROM THE BACK TO FRONT AND WONT EVEN HELP WHOS STANDING AT THE COUNTER. THE TALL WHITE GIRL AND THE SHORT MEXICAN GIRL WITH GLASSES ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN IT COMES TO THE FRONT CUSTOMERS TOO MUCH TALKING AND SIDE CONVERSATIONS NOT ENOUGH HELP THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOU ARE NOT SPENDING MONEY AND NO ONE EVEN WELCOMES YOU. THE FOOD IS SUPER DRY AND THE FRIES ARE ALWAYS OVER COOKED.

This location is frustrating and needs new staff, or help, or something....everytime I visit in the morning there is always a wait regardless of if there are cars in the parking drive through or not this place take 20+mins to execute getting orders completed... thos is unacceptable for a fast food establishment. Food took 20mins anf my order was still wrong, Fix it Burger King ! Please.
