This Christmas we decided to stay home and relax instead of rushing around everywhere and ordered Chinese. I called to place my order at 4:30pm and was told it would be 40 minutes. I got there about 5:30 and the placed was mobbed with 50+ people waiting to be served for dining and pickup ordered.
Now, I understand it’s the only place in town open on Christmas and expected it to be busy but the lack of communication was it for me. Nothing but people waiting around and no organization. They were taking orders and telling them 20 minutes 🤣 long story short I finally got my food at 7:15pm after calling at 4:30. No apologies, just took my money.
We will be ordering from a different Chinese restaurant in the future.

I understand it is Christmas but they posted on social media they are open so they should of been ready for the heavy load of orders. My order said it should be an hour for delivery. I waited 2 hrs for my food when i called they havent even made it yet. Then china koon called and said is ready and will be delivered asap. 45 mins and still no food. Terrible service and communication.

Ordered online The food was packed extremely well. I ordered food with gravy, also ordered soup. Nothing spilled out or shifted in the bag. Not even a broken fortune cookie.

I drove 12 minutes to pick up my food, as we were going eat the chicken wings were so ugly and black, I called them to let them know about the situation and she said to bring back the wings and she’ll refund me my money, to me it was to stressing to put everything back and go take the wings to get my money, she didn’t want to compansate us even if we drove back, horrible customer service, horrible food.
