I just ordered from here for the first time in Griffith and I did delivery and the lady on the phone was very nice, professional and told me the deals for the day which honestly saved me alot of money and the pizza was great so this will definitely be my new go to place

Parking: You have to find a spot to park in the street so sometimes you'll have to park down the road and take a small walk depending how busy it is downtown but it's no big deal

Ordered for the first time. Not great service or food. Couldn’t even get the order right. Ordered two calzones, got one and one pizza?! Also ordered a pasta dish with chicken for our kids. Chicken was BUTNT. Thought maybe my kids were just being picky bc it had grill lines but no. The chicken tasted like charcoal. Shame on the kitchen for sending food out like that. Won’t be your customer again.

My usual go to pizza place since they opened up in Griffith. Im used to Chicago style pizza and with the excessive amount of pizza places in Griffith Gelsosomos takes the crown in Griffith. Customer service is great.

Our first time experience from here was just eh. Ordered from their online menu, I called and ordered delivery. Two large pizzas, no problem. Beef sandwich with fries fine. I went to order jalapeno poppers and was told they don't have those, ok no biggie, I said we'll take an order of bacon Mac and cheese bites, nope they don't have those either, Oooook, fried zucchini, nope sorry our online menu was not accurate so they didn't have quite a few items. I said how bout fried mushrooms, and fried pickle chips, yes both of those were available so we ordered those. Wait time hour and 15 minutes no biggie on a Wednesday. But we waited over an hour and a half. The pizza was okay, the beef sandwich was good, The fried mushrooms and fried pickles were cold, the breading on the mushrooms was super dry and falling off as soon as you picked one up. We will probably not order those two items again.I would however like to try dine in, since delivery is usually a different type of experience.

10 different craft beer options but no root beer to drink. Vegan menu options but no kids portion on the menu. Are we too progressive for family dining now? Let's bring back family dining with our kids instead of making every new restaurant woke and hipster friendly.

I'm highly upset . My family orders from here often and I don't know if they were busy or not but we are vegan and I order two large vegan pizzas and a House Salad with balsamic vinaigrette and honey mustard vinaigrette. Well not paying close attention my husband took a bite out of his "house salad" only to be greeted with a mouth full of PORK non vegan blue cheese dressing. They messed up our order and gave us a club salad with blue cheese dressing something far from what I ordered. Unfortunately I haven't gotten in contact with anyone to see if they can fix this issue. I'm disappointed because this was literally my family's go to on Sundays.Update:!!!!! They fixed everything! I called they apologized and they gave my family the next meal free. They understood my frustration and respectfully fixed it. For this I will forever patronize them. They have my family's support no matter what.Thank you Gels for not only being good but having great customer service.

First time ordering from this location and it did not disappoint! Got delivery and was told 40 minutes. It was here in a little over 20! The driver was very nice and proffesional. Pizza was hot, still is! Coulda used more Shrooms. I have worked for a rival pizzeria for a looooong time and this is 9.98 only cuz I need Shrooms! Job well done! Ok we finished our "Za" and I think I gotta puke because I couldn't stop eating it! Time for a beer and Fireball! I'm spent!

They didn’t give sauces for the appetizers as advertised. Even when asked for when ordering. They didn’t give us everything we ordered. If you go make sure you get everything you ordered before you get home. Also fried pickles were not cooked all the way and ice cold by time we got home. And we live 5 minutes away.
