Grindhouse is my favorite place to go have a beef bomb sándwich and a decaf caramel latte. My husband always gets a black coffee and the house salad with goat cheese, chicken, and a honey-mustard, homemade dressing. They have bags of coffee, honey, hot sauces, and shorts for sale too. Also, this coffee house always mixes up the menu if you're one who likes variety. They have cool music playing in the background and the atmosphere is perfect for an enjoyable conversation. I will always go here because I love everything about this place.
Parking: Lots of spots to Park.
Kid-friendliness: I bring my grandsons ages 5 to 16 here all the time. It's right next to Griffith Park; so you can go play afterwards

Coffee go brrrrrrrrr
I stopped to grab a coffee on my way back home. The place itself wasn't bad. Maybe it could have been a little cleaner but all in all wasn't bad. The service is horrendous. The staff behind the counter were incredibly rude. I waited for the longest time just to place my order. I guess they were too busy socializing to wait on me. The place was not busy so it wasn't that at all. When I was finally given my coffee it was cold. I was not about to say anything and have to wait another 30 mins for them to fix it. I threw it out and went to the Dunkin Donuts drive thru.

I cannot believe the rudeness I endured while being in this place. First of all, I waited almost 15 minuted for an iced latte to go. Normally, that is not a problem for me. I have worked customer service my whole life and I get it. I was completely ignored. There was no" thank you, have a nice day" or sorry for the wait" I am pretty sure my choice of beverage bothered the youth working there because they were snickering while making my drink. I will never spend a dollar of my hard earned money in there again. Not when there is a coffee shop on every corner that will happy to take my money and tip. Not only was the staff atrocious, it was so dirty in there. Dirty bus tubs of dirty dishes next to where people eat. I hope management understands that word of a bad experience travels much faster than word of a good experience. I have already let all my co workers plus friends and family know not to give their money to this establishment. This must be a common occurrence because a few of people I mentioned this too said they've experienced the same horrible customer service. What a disappointment. Starbucks it is.

The lavender latte I had was amazing! The snickerdoodle cookie was SO good I had to go back for more. Got the daily special which was lemon pepper chicken sandwich on the best bread. Will definitely return. Friendly staff, cute mugs for sale. Halloween friendly spot.

Rude. Won’t be coming back. My latte was lukewarm and had too much milk
Excellent coffee and the BEST vegan blueberry muffins I have had in my LIFE. Unfortunately they are apparently so good they run out early...but I live about 40 mins away....one lucky day I'll get another one :'( Their prices are very fair too! Wish they could have more muffins obviously and more options for sweetener... but since it's not a place aimed for vegans, I get it!!! :) will always come back when we are in the area .
All good

Decided to try the Griffith location because a friend raved over it.
I ordered a caramel frappe and a caramel iced coffee and they were delicious. The caramel is a cream based and so we felt no extra cream was needed. The iced coffee is delicious on it's own and a little on the strong side so I recommend cream to those who don't want it as strong.
I would compare the taste of the frappe to the cappuccino blast from dunkin.
