The cashier/owner is very rude and extremely unprofessional. I’ve encountered this unprofessional service more than once at this location.

They don’t wash there hands and they cooking they chicken and fish in the same grease and who tf charge for hot sauce that’s supposed to come with your order

I ordered through Uber eats. My order was for catfish fillets but instead the fish was swai and I tried to call and address the problem with once my order was delivered and they don’t answer the phone . I’ve also been trying to call today still no answer. I have fished all my life and I cook I know the difference between catfish and other fish. What they gave me was thin mush fish unlike catfish which is thick and flaky and the taste is significantly different

Even if you call ahead of time expect at least an hour+ wait. Do not look over this review you will regret it. Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened. I gave them the benefit of a doubt but it’s the same thing. Slow service with no help. Food is subpar. Stay away from this place, trust me.

Ps. They also took and charged me for an incorrect order. This place is the worst. Don’t come here unless you want a headache. I know I’m not going back.

It was Friday so I was lazy and I had not had Harold’s Chicken for several years. When I worked downtown we had a food truck that would come for lunch. I ordered the following: wings with mild sauce, breaded mushrooms, fries (not in photo), and two pizza puffs. My dad was excited about the pizza puffs! The wings were perfectly seasoned, and not fried too hard. The texture of the fries was great! The mild sauce on the chicken was heavenly, and the mushrooms were light, and not overdone. I would definitely recommend them when you are in the mood. I spoke with Catina, and she was personable and professional.

I live in Chicago and i honestly have to drive all the way to Griffith to get my Harold’s, i will not eat any other since u taste there’s. Food is cooked fresh the taste is so good never a disappointment.

The best Harold chicken in North west Indiana imo! Good food cooked to order. a little pricey for what you get and long wait time. food is freshly cooked to order so the wait is worth while. prices are higher than average so expect that

This is why black business fail! They stop taking orders and hung up on me when I called! Just shut this place down already

Waited 35 mins for food. Poor customer service and no sense of urgency

They need to get it together. Waited 45 minutes for 6 wings. Sat in the car twice. People were sitting on the floor waiting on their food because there are no chairs. I am very patient and understanding however if its going to take the same time it would for me to go buy and make the food, please let me know. Also its a sign that says no refunds. With this service I can see why your forcing it.

I catered 2 events from this Harold's -- and their chicken wings are the best. They arrived hot, crispy, and juicy. All the guests raved about the chicken. We'll definitely be using them again.
