Service was horrible. I went on a Monday at 1 pm and no one was in the restaurant. I ordered 2 orders of 3 wings, so 6 wings in total. Waited an hour. The lady who took my order was rude and also the cook. Food was nasty, bland and undercooked. I will never go back. Worst experience

First stop on our trip. Ordered the chicken dinner. The food was hot, well seasoned, and flavorful.
The restaurant is not for you to eat in because at this time of the year, you would be uncomfortably hot.
The bathroom did not work either.
But if you want good chicken, this is the spot!

Catfish is not real catfish. It is a Vietnamese fish called Swai which is a cheaper fish and they are selling it as the higher priced catfish we are used to. Notice the texture difference. And then there's an extra charge for mild sauce. This will be my last time ordering from here.
I appreciate that this harolds hasn't fallen off. I drive past 3 other harolds that have started cutting corners and you can tell when you order making the food not worth it. They stick to the harolds playback here!

Ordered online and my food was ready at the time they said would be ready.
I ordered some food on DoorDash and where I actually picked it up myself which I feel that is very quick so I went into the location. The cashier had a nasty attitude with me because I told him I ordered my food off DoorDash oh just go down to the other window, so I proceeded, went to the person that gives you out the food. The person legally want to argue with me for no reason I showed them the app where I ordered on DoorDash. They asked me why I could not Confirm the order because I told him it was my personal order and I’m not actually a DoorDash driver so the attitude of the staff there could’ve been a little bit better. Overall the food actually was not bad and I like the food, but the attitude could’ve been just a little bit better than they were Thank you for the food but not the bad attitude. Customer Service goes a long.
Long wait. Place your order at least 20 min prior. Ask for your chicken hard fried. Asked for extra mild sauce. Looked regular to me. Decent.
Never have I ever been charged $1 for lemon pepper $1 for hot sauce and $1 for mild sauce!!!! I can understand if I asked for extra but to be charged for this outright is unheard of! An $11.99 order rang up to nearly$16! These prices are too high and I definitely will not be returning to a restaurant that charges for every condiment that as a Harold’s customer for over 20 years has never paid for! Disgusting
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I ordered a LARGE gizzard and was shocked to say the least when I was able to count the on my two hands! Along with the misleading size of the gizzards and the skimpy stingy portions, I was also disappointed to find the 9 gizzards they gave me were barely fried hard and poorly seasoned, the price was 9.99 so just know they’re charging you a little over a dollar per gizzard. Upon calling I found no understanding and was rushed off the phone. Will not be returning to such a stingy restaurant and you shouldn’t either!!
