Harold's Chicken Shack #30

I normal order here without any issue but Saturday night 12/13 was a damn joke. The fish was not cooked at all which my twin toddlers ate some and started complaining about their stomach bothering them shortly after. Went to look at the fish and it was still raw which means the grease had to be really high to cook the outside but not the inside. 2 cat & wing combos and a lg catfish dinner all undone. Second thing I never have an issue with is customer service the young new guy there was nasty!. When called about the food this man said “What you want me to do? What’s done is done I’ll refund you” 😳 well first show compassion about a service you provided and obviously didn’t provide correctly and then offer an apology! Those two go hand and hand with customer service especially when people are spending their money there. It’s really sad how the rotation of their workers are truly bringing this restaurant down to what it is.

I placed a 60$ online pick up order just to show up at 6:12pm (Nov.23) and the place was closed I will never eat here again.

My wings was refried I order a half white I ask for salt & pepper only, they couldn’t even get that right never ever again, & I’m going to tell ppl, the man was taking he was busy on the computer doing nothing,, 🤮

I ordered lunch today and place the order online. It was a special, however, I received a call that said he could honor it even though it was on the website and I paid for it. I came in to get the order and he was simply rude to myself and my friend. He refunded me the money but the customer service was a 0 out of 10. When you spend money and it’s their error, you would think they would be more apologetic and accommodating.

My 6 wings and 4 wings was 21.24 before tax with tax and mild sauce and lemon pepper it was $28 😒im cheap so thats bs 😭

Service was horrible. I went on a Monday at 1 pm and no one was in the restaurant. I ordered 2 orders of 3 wings, so 6 wings in total. Waited an hour. The lady who took my order was rude and also the cook. Food was nasty, bland and undercooked. I will never go back. Worst experience

First stop on our trip. Ordered the chicken dinner. The food was hot, well seasoned, and flavorful.
The restaurant is not for you to eat in because at this time of the year, you would be uncomfortably hot.
The bathroom did not work either.
But if you want good chicken, this is the spot!

Catfish is not real catfish. It is a Vietnamese fish called Swai which is a cheaper fish and they are selling it as the higher priced catfish we are used to. Notice the texture difference. And then there's an extra charge for mild sauce. This will be my last time ordering from here.

I appreciate that this harolds hasn't fallen off. I drive past 3 other harolds that have started cutting corners and you can tell when you order making the food not worth it. They stick to the harolds playback here!
