Every time I order the same usual order, a famous bowl, with extra gravy they never put extra gravy. Every…single…time… It’s such a simple task. Is the extra gravy coming from there personal pay? Is that why you they refuse to do something so simple and easily understood? This time I received no gravy and the cashier told me if I drove all the way back up there and returned the old order she would replace it with the order that COULD’VE just been delivered correctly the first time. Why do I have to drive back up there to receive what Ive already paid for because your employees are incompetent? Also the Mac and cheese was crusty as hell are you serious?!

Ordered via app. Great time saver. Not..arrived at 815..lobby closed had to wait 30 in drive thru to get out cold food. Not sure if this is ever KFC or our local one. Beware, it's overpriced and poorly serviced. Will not go again.

Placed a mobile order at 8pm came to pick it up and a girl employee locked the door as im walking up and says the lobby is closed says it with an attitude and continues to lock the door and close it on me. Door says Very rude and disrespectful. My order wasn't even correct didn't get all my items. Never coming back to this location again.

I ordered the special they have on Tuesdays. The chicken was overcooked and had way too much salt. I ate one piece and threw the rest in the trash. Never had KFC like that before.
We just ordered from here via Uber Eats. We ordered 2 potato puffs and 2 large mashed potatoes. When the food was delivered, the only thing in the bag was the potato puffs, nothing else. Whoever is responsible for putting the online/pickup orders together dropped the ball big time! The sticker with all the order items listed was on the plastic bag so I’m confused how no one checked, and including the uber person picking up the order. Seems like someone would have noticed that the bag was very light for a four item order.

I order at the KFC restaurant on cline and Griffith, the food was so overwhelming,. I got the Korean bowl and it was so soggy, I can't believe this happened. I Ate the chicken bc I was hungry and only had 5 dollars!

It’s really sad that they hire these young kids who have no customer service experience at all. They don’t say hello or thank you or even smile. This young lady who works the drive through was so nasty it’s not even funny. She had major attitude and was just down right nasty. I hope they do better and find people who actually want to work.
