I ordered through the mobile app and I got everything that I ordered. Very convenient that they stay open so late.

Update: I’m dropping it to stars only because when I got there at 12:40ish they had already closed and shut down the intercom.

People get really frustrated with this restaurant because it is continually understaffed and sometimesstaffedby rude people. So if you order online through the app you might show up and the restaurant is closed. To compound the problem which isn't really the restaurant's fault, when you try to report it you go through a chat bot. Who sends you in a circle because it thinks your order is being prepared and it tells you to just wait and then if you actually get to talk...

This was the worst experience I've had ever. They ran out of regular chicken and only had Spicy... The workers were very courteous in spite of the customer impatientness. They handle the customers with respect due to unseen circumstances beyond their control.
