Everytime I go to Proof the staff and food is over the top amazing. They set the bar standards. Every bartender is excellent. Gina makes the most excellent Bloody Mary's. The consistency is unmatched. The kitchen staff and food is a real hidden gem. The kitchen is straight up, 100%, throwing down. They cook with their hearts and with experience that appears to be past down from multiple generations. A true gem. Must try. I have no affiliation or know anyone that works there...
I went to a nice, smoke free, really clean bar called "Proof" and I absolutely appreciate everything about it!
The bartenders are adorable and quick.
My wife completely agrees and though it's a little bit of a drive, it's worth it for us to go there.
