The decorations were very cute. My French fries were very salty glad I don't have high blood pressure. Sloppy Joe was very basic nothing special at all. Price was cheap for food. Service was so/so. I only visited because I saw it on social media and I'm a foodie!

So many options for meals, snacks and desserts! My family and I really enjoyed the ice cream, donuts and boba, and saw a guy with a burger that looked delish. While it's tough to get good service in this day and age, especially in NWI, the teens working here did a great job taking care of us.

I went there twice. One time the door was locked. The employee just stared. It was during open hours. The second time, they ran out of ice cream. What a joke of a business.

SerenDIPity Ice Cream Parlor I do not agree with there being employees behind the counter thee entire time as I was facing your work area. And I know for a fact you can keep tickets opened as my husband didnt know that at the time. The male employee did come off rather rude like I hadn't already purchased our ice cream. I was made to feel like I was a theif. The female employee was also rude when it came to the pickle chips. I for a fact know pickle chips only take 2-3 minutes to cook in oil so a 7 minute wait is still excessive. The pickle chips were sitting there for 4 minutes before they were served. I understand if they were having trouble finding them then communicat. I'm so sorry but communication goes a long way. I understand the employees may be new and might be there first job but to be made to feel like a theif is not ok by any means.

For you to deny everything my husband posted is not ok either. I stand behind my husbands review. I will try your parlor again but hope for better experience as all my other visits were great!

SerenDIPity is amazing! We had the turkey and gouda grilled cheese and a classic ham and cheese—both were toasted to perfection. The sandwiches came with crispy, golden fries that were just right.

For dessert, we indulged in their ice cream, and wow—to die for! Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, it was the perfect ending to our meal.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and informative, which made the experience even better. I can't wait to go back and try something new. Highly recommend!

I go here all the time and it how I feel never changes people should come here more often and there are fun board games there while your eating
