This is my favorite Subway location.The employees are always very nice to me.The food is always made with care.They also do a good job of keeping the restaurant clean.I go out of my way to come to this location.

I placed an app order for carryout today (1/13/25). It was ready before the estimated time but was never marked as complete in the app, so who knows how long it had been sitting out. I ordered the soft pretzel, which tasted burnt and a bit dry. I also ordered the 6in cold cut combo meal since it was the deal of the day. The sandwich was made correctly, but the bread was crunchy/stale even though it was around noon. They were out of all the cookies except for a handful of stale-looking oatmeal raisin, so I opted to swap out the cookies I picked in the app for a bag of chips. The combo also came with a drink, but half of the options were out of order, the pop came out warm, and they were completely out of ice. I'm not sure what is going on at this location since we almost never really have an issue with them.

There's a large girl with red hair and face tattoos who is soooo mean! Not every employee there is like that. She is bringing down the workplace culture because even the kind employees act rude around her. The place is clean.

Employees are rude, seem like they hate their jobs, owner was there and too busy with inventory to care about customer service! $2.80 more for the same exact meal as I get in Winfield ( Crown Point)!??? Veggies are not fresh!

Was eating half my foot long and found a ginger maybe a blonde hair in my sub. Then it was a hair stuck on the back of my macadamia nut cookie. I would come here to get my lunch all the time. Not any more. Sad this isn’t the first review I see about hair being in the food.
