I see no one likes to speak or make eye contact. I’ve been in the lobby to pick up my mobile order that says it’s ready. No one asked me if they could help me. No one can to the register to take my order if I needed too. And then one of the workers comes from behind the counter to get a drink, doesn’t say excuse me when she gets too close and after 10 mines I’m still typing this as I wait and all the workers are avoiding contact. I pid for my food already, forget that drive tghu. Finally flagged someone down and my order was ready but non of the online orders namers were facing the actual customers and I had to ask for my drink. The young man was the only one with sense I hope he doesn’t think my anger was at him and the rush but geez

In all of the region, the Taco Bell on ridge road In Griffith is the BEST. I DoorDash so I’ve been to them All and tried them all!
Currently, they went through a huge shift in employees and are starting fresh. Anyone that goes there around this time, give them patience. They are AMAZING. I promise you!
They got my order out and able to make me a bean burrito really quick for the road. They GET IT DONE!! 💕💕💕💕
Food was stuck to paper with my hard shell tacos ,chalupa was cold and no ice and all sodas were out or flat.I love taco bell but that location needs a upgrade on there staff .food quality and presentation were poor.
