05/23/2024, placed online order @11:57am. Got to wendys around 12:10, order was not ready. 12:25pm order comes out incorrect. 12:35, corrected order comes out. Missing sour cream, hot sauce for chili. BBQ sauce for nuggets. Bacon, tomato, cheese on blt crispy chicken. Terrible staff, terrible attitudes, doesn't seem like anyone wants to work.

If I could give it a 0 I would. I'm a very patient person and I sat in the drive through for 20 mins at the speaker and nothing so I went next door to Taco Bell. At least they have common courtesy to say hello and ask you to wait one moment.

Waited waayyyyyyy too long for them to take our order in drive-thru. Paid for the food, then they told us to move up because our chicken sandwiches were done cooking in 2 minutes. Waited for 20 minutes and the food wasn't even taken out to us. We then reversed the car to the window and they FORGOT OUR ORDER!!!! They didn't even have our order made so we had to wait even longer to get our food. No apologies for forgetting our food or anything, they just handed the food stuffed in the bag. Fries were so old and stale and the sandwich looked like it was slapped together like they didn't even care.

I just went in here with my friend to check the balance of a gift card, not only did the person at the counter was rude, but the woman who was the manager was yelling at the woman to stop taking orders. Then when the first woman walked away from the counter. We proceeded to get ignored and the woman who was suppose to be taking our order was getting completely rude and was throwing a tantrum, and mumbling something under her breath. Didn’t even order our food. We walked out because as a person in customer service too, that was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with fast food.

Every time I go there in the mornings, I always have to pull up and wait on my order. This is supposed to be fast food, right? Typical wait time is about 8-12 minutes.

I just left this location .. I come here damn near every day I live two minutes away and never have been treated so disrespectfully the white lady with a green shirt suppose to be manager should be fired n two employees . No fresh fried edited ten minutes then I ordered some chicken breast for a salad n told me they could not give me dressing and would not !!!unacceptable that’s telling me I can’t get sauce with my order I paid for so refund I got handle business better

I just came through the drive-through, and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meal. I asked for extra mayonnaise on my sandwich. The person taking my order was very personable and polite and made me feel very welcomed. The lady who gave me my food was also very polite and welcoming. It is a big difference between here and other fast food restaurants that I have been to. The service was excellent, and the food was hot and very good. I want to make mention of this because it is very rare that I go through a drive-through and get such excellent service. Thank you very much.

It's about about who's working that's true for any location. The couple times I be went to this Wendy's it's always been quick and fresh. Maybe I got lucky? Wendy's is bussin. Burger King is WHACK.
