Worst wendys, can’t even make a simple burger without cheese. IM ALLERGIC TO CHEESE!! The manager is to blame for this!!! And they HAVE NO MUSTARD PACKS. How do you have a burger joint that doesn’t have packs of mustard. Get a new manager.

Never in my life have I ever went to Wendy's and they said chili sweet sauce is the only sauce that's ridiculous 💯💯💯they lost me as a customer it's the little things that matter remeber money kills happiness!

Waited forever in a fairly short drive through line. The girl who took care of us at the window seemed unable to speak and moved at a snails pace. The burger had a weird taste very dried out , chili was terrible and all was too expensive. I know it’s fast food a hit you’ve got to do better. We should have driven a little farther to the highland location.

Waited over 5 min for someone to take order
Paid for my order didnt give me my drinks then waited over 20 minutes for 3 biggie bags. And everyhting was cold! Horrible.

Has to by far be the nastiest Wendy's in America. First the boy cooking the food in the evening is on his phone with gloves on and still touching our food. That's cross contamination. He's going to kill someone or make someone sick. Then he had the nerve to get smart when I asked for him not to be on his phone while he's cooking my food. I advise anyone that cares about their life DO NOT GO TO THIS WENDY'S. I REPEAT IF YOU WANT TO STAY ALIVE, SO NOT EAT HERE.

I got the baconator meal large barely any bacon sandwich is messy. I asked for pickles and lettuce on it. You can see clearly in the picture how messy it is the lack of effort it was put into making it. How is this a baconator With three pieces of bacon A large fry, barely fool. The lady in the drive-through was rushing only ordered one meal and quickly gave me my total without asking if I was done, which I wasn’t I had to continue ordering very poor service.

This is the closest location but I usually drive the extra distance to avoid it. Every single time I go here (line, no line, doesn’t matter), they tell me to pull up past the drive thru window to wait 15-20 minutes for my food. I know they do this to avoid the drive thru time metrics to show that I’m waiting that long for my order to whoever cares about that (manager/owner?). Meanwhile, new customers come up and order after me, get their food and leave while I wait for an eternity to get my order. This last time after waiting for 15-20 minutes by the bee infested garbage for my food, they forgot an item. I asked for the item and then was told I didn’t order it. I definitely ordered it as I only ordered one item for myself. They took the order at the drive thru but didn’t actually include the item in my order for some reason. I never got a receipt, so I can’t verify that. No apology, no offer to charge me and make it, just “well we didn’t have it on order” I don’t know who runs this place but it sucks. Go to Highland they don’t screw up your order or make you wait 20 minutes for it.

Food don’t taste right and my sandwich was burnt. Maybe they were having a rough day or maybe it had been sitting for a while! Do not recommend.
