I got the baconator meal large barely any bacon sandwich is messy. I asked for pickles and lettuce on it. You can see clearly in the picture how messy it is the lack of effort it was put into making it. How is this a baconator With three pieces of bacon A large fry, barely fool. The lady in the drive-through was rushing only ordered one meal and quickly gave me my total without asking if I was done, which I wasn’t I had to continue ordering very poor service.

This is the closest location but I usually drive the extra distance to avoid it. Every single time I go here (line, no line, doesn’t matter), they tell me to pull up past the drive thru window to wait 15-20 minutes for my food. I know they do this to avoid the drive thru time metrics to show that I’m waiting that long for my order to whoever cares about that (manager/owner?). Meanwhile, new customers come up and order after me, get their food and leave while I wait for an eternity to get my order. This last time after waiting for 15-20 minutes by the bee infested garbage for my food, they forgot an item. I asked for the item and then was told I didn’t order it. I definitely ordered it as I only ordered one item for myself. They took the order at the drive thru but didn’t actually include the item in my order for some reason. I never got a receipt, so I can’t verify that. No apology, no offer to charge me and make it, just “well we didn’t have it on order” I don’t know who runs this place but it sucks. Go to Highland they don’t screw up your order or make you wait 20 minutes for it.

I ordered a meal a wrap and 3 frosties... was told to pull forward no one is in the drive thru but me I pull up wait get part of my order then another part and finally everything.. acting like I was trying to get something for free....smdh

Pulled up it took mins before someone said anything then very low then pull to window a guy didn’t give receipt just closed window , then get to second window say pull to the lot I’ll bring it out . Sat there for like 7-10 mins I then called and someone says their coming out I get food it’s cold I’m waiting for cold food then I called back they say yes ma’am I’m like I said I waited that long for cold food they pause didn’t say nothing just bad over all from the mic to first window to second window to the phone call. Need new crew or better management .

I went thru drive thru been waiting on DoorDash order for almost 40 mins it’s crazy you work if they wasn’t talking so much & standing around I’m waiting another 10 15 mins because they wasn’t doing they job I wouldn’t even waste my money at this wendys let alone pick up another order maybe during the day but night shift suck it’s really the manager how is not running service your fully staffed no excuses do better wendys or hire better people
