This the second time I've been to White Castle order my food drive 20 minutes back home and when I get home to order is incorrect this is unacceptable shouldn't be happening I'm going to have to stop coming over there to the Griffith location.

ridiculous waiting times for literally no reason someone demolish this place and have the workers stay on the streets as beggars
To work 10 hours and get off at 5am I needed to grab a bite to eat. No matter the time or day in food quality should come first , there’s no reason for me to have burned shrimp nibblers and cold burgers with unmelted cheese at 5AM ! How is that possible it’s the beginning of a new day yet the food looks three days old and taste horrible , this is my last time at this location and it’s ridiculous especially because this location is so close to home.

I'm trying to figure out how if only 1 person was in front of me, and I waited almost 30 minutes for my food, how my food only came out the window slightly warm. To top it all off, at least 2 of my burgers was undercooked. If it wasn't for my 2 toddlers being asleep and the time, I'd most definitely have been on my way back for a refund. I can't trust giving my kids this for lunch tomorrow. Whoever cooked this should be retrained on food prep

Everytime I come here they mess my food up or have outstanding wait times with no explanation. Messed up my order twice and called corporate twice. Went today to use the gift card whitecastles sent in the mail and they messed up my order AGAIN. They just give you whatever they want you to have I swear.
