I know policy is that employees wash hands when/after using the bathroom it was a bit disgusting to see a male employee come out of the toilet stall and follow me out the door to go into the kitchen. I tried multiple times to call the restaurant but no answer. Just that this policy needs more enforcement as it is not nice to think of my food being prepared after someone takes a dump and doesn't wash his hands.

It's a McDonald's, but part of the buy in is you know what you are gonna get, except at this particular location. There is at least a 50% chance that my order will be messed up or items missing. I can never be sure if they will have the drink that I want. They went two weeks out of orange juice. Seems like that would be a staple item. They went weeks advertising lemonade but not having it. They defrost the frozen drink machines during peak hours. This particular restaurant has been here a long time but they are still making rookie mistakes.

Every single time I go through their drive thru they get my order wrong. Today I ordered two Chicken Nugget Happy Meals and ended up with Cheeseburgers instead. This McDonald’s is horrible and completely incompetent at getting any type of simple order correct.

Went through about 8:30 pm last night did a mobile app order for 2 shakes 2 cheeseburgers 1 apple pie put into the customized section of the 2 cheeseburgers no pickles started driving home and got a mouth full of nasty pickles! Ruins the entire burger when you can't stand the taste of a pickle! If we hadn't had to leave due to being out of town at 2am this morning would have stopped in gave back the half eaten burgers and got a refund for them. Unfortunately they aren't 25 hours and was closed. Shake's was delicious, pie was old and dry. Keep up pricing McDonald's and delivering food not worthy of the high price.
