Went through about 8:30 pm last night did a mobile app order for 2 shakes 2 cheeseburgers 1 apple pie put into the customized section of the 2 cheeseburgers no pickles started driving home and got a mouth full of nasty pickles! Ruins the entire burger when you can't stand the taste of a pickle! If we hadn't had to leave due to being out of town at 2am this morning would have stopped in gave back the half eaten burgers and got a refund for them. Unfortunately they aren't 25 hours and was closed. Shake's was delicious, pie was old and dry. Keep up pricing McDonald's and delivering food not worthy of the high price.

Why are the iced coffees here always gross?!!! I go to madison and they're normally always good. Also why order different size fries when they always fill them up significantly less than full? This just started over the last year or so. Pay $4 for a lg fry that's half full.
This McDonald's Can't even keep up with health code during the evening shift it's dirty and I have to use the kiosk cause the staff is so understaffed and overwhelmed on some days management here is definitely not on the ball

I have been going through the drive through for a while I live in Hanover so it's convenient especially for breakfast and lunch when you don't have time to cook and most the workers know me and I order the same thing McGriddle sausage egg cheese add bacon I've Never 👎 gotten anything else different unless my wife wants something added to my order I go to the drive through tell them what I want and I don't have my glasses and the screen appears the same and my hearing isn't the best but sounded like the same too but I get down the road and it's a bagel and I can't even eat a bagel I don't have any teeth so it makes it impossible the one lady I called was nice polite said that they would replace it I get there and the manager Ginger was Rude and Mean and Hateful and said I ordered it to get free food lol 😂 said it happened a lot with me and I said I do come through here a lot and spend a lot of money but if I pay for something I do want it right especially if I pay for it and it's not put in my bag accidentally but to bash me like I'm trying to get something free when I come through there All the time and Spend a Lot of Money and your Treatment towards me Ginger is Cruel Mean and Unprofessional and this Customer will Not Spend another dollar in your restaurant Never 👎 Again!!! Let's see how much money you lose on this bad business move on your part!!!
