When someone orders a large fry, fill the damn box up, dont charge me for a large but only fill it up enough to be considered a medium. UPDATE: wrote this review maybe a year or 2 ago and its only gotten worse. Act like there's a fry shortage. Hate that im forced to eat here cause I dont wanna drive 20 minutes just to get the same customer service at a different place.

I know policy is that employees wash hands when/after using the bathroom it was a bit disgusting to see a male employee come out of the toilet stall and follow me out the door to go into the kitchen. I tried multiple times to call the restaurant but no answer. Just that this policy needs more enforcement as it is not nice to think of my food being prepared after someone takes a dump and doesn't wash his hands.

The continuing incompetence of this place is mind boggling. I have to be desperate to stop here.
Food is disgusting. Had breakfast burritos and not even tasty at all. Like eating a mushy piece of cheese on flour tortilla.

It's a McDonald's, but part of the buy in is you know what you are gonna get, except at this particular location. There is at least a 50% chance that my order will be messed up or items missing. I can never be sure if they will have the drink that I want. They went two weeks out of orange juice. Seems like that would be a staple item. They went weeks advertising lemonade but not having it. They defrost the frozen drink machines during peak hours. This particular restaurant has been here a long time but they are still making rookie mistakes.

Every single time I go through their drive thru they get my order wrong. Today I ordered two Chicken Nugget Happy Meals and ended up with Cheeseburgers instead. This McDonald’s is horrible and completely incompetent at getting any type of simple order correct.
