Piss poor attitude from employees last 2 times I went. Now I'm trying to tell them their sprite is all carbonation and they won't answer the phone, after coping an attitude with me the FIRST time I called! And, evidently, they don't mind charging you for items they DON'T have, don't expect napkins! And if you get cookies for you grandchildren, they'll be under the rest of your food smashed. And the employees ABSOLUTELY don't care. Yes, when I called and they girl hands the phone off as soon as I said who I was, and the guy didn't ask me anything just started with the same, 'we don't control what comes on the truck', took a breath and I tried to say, 'your sprite is complete carbonation!' He got even more rude, and talked over me. At THAT time, I said, 'if you would shut up I would tell you I'm calling to tell you the sprite is bad!' Hangs up!Below it asks which dishes I recommend, some at another restaurant!

Not very friendly and they made my sandwich wrong and when I called to get it fixed she act like she didn't know what to say about the issue and when I stated the problem she paused for few min and then said we are out of that but when I ordered she never mentioned to me about being out or I would have went to different location won't go back

Went here to eat one day and they had the worst service and nothing was clean but I didn't review that day because I didn't want to rate just from one day, but then I door dashed food from here and they wasted my time and refunded my order because they were "out of stock". They said they were "out of stock" on cookies, sure I can see that. But then they refunded my whole sandwich because they were "out of stock". How is a sandwich shop out of stock on sandwich. Might as well just shut down the store entirely. Very, VERY disappointed in this store. Never ordering or dining in at this store ever again.... guaranteed.

Their sandwiches and their service is good but their prices are too high they are more expensive than a truck stop. 13.99 for a footlong. If you are not starving keep going and go somewhere else.
The Footlong sandwich, had a big space without meat in it they put 3 scoops of meat in it! The sandwich before mine had 3 scoops on it!!!!

I wouldve given 5 stars because the one in Hanover is so much better than the one in Madison but they said they would be getting their roast beef back and still haven't.Update: the roast beef is back!I placed an online order, went to pick it up and it was wrong. I believe there was a new guy working that day. They quickly made me a new sandwich and were very apologetic. I wasn't upset tho, these things happen.
