Should be listed as slow food not fast. Sat in drive thru for more than an hour and 20min they asked for our receipt and didn't give it back. Stupid fools are working.. want them to mess up it's guaranteed.. gave me cold food..asked for a manager and she had attitude.. took an additional 15 minutes to fix it all and we still sat at the front of the store waiting for food. She said she would bring it out. She didn't. .the only damn thing warm was my chicken nuggets..the gal that was acting like she was the manager never brought us our food. Makes no since to have a drive thru if I have to go into the store and get the food that they screwed up anyway.. and still didn't fix the only damn thing fixed was the fries found hair in my caramel dolce frappe.. along with chunks of ice.. I am disgusted and furious... 😠😡 😤 Worst experience ever.. The night crew needs to teach these people how to do their jobs correctly...

Well we don't come here very often anymore. Due to the sheer lack workers & things being correct or the long wait for any kind of service. But dang it every once in a while I just want a breakfast burrito. I've been 2 x in the last 2 month in line at drive through for 30 mi. Only to be told we don't have them right now. So today I ask when will they be back. Was told when ever we get someone to cook them. REALLY!!! I say to help you & your customer with a busy morning please put some black electrical tape over the items u can't/ won't make. You may need a case of tape. But I think it'll help in the long run with people's time.

We went there the other night Friday night to be correct. We ordered wrong our mistake but at the window we asked to fix it. It took them 4 people and the price was going up instead of going down because we was taking a combo off. Finally they got it correct but didn’t take off the extra drink we didn’t ask for got our food and no lid on the boo bucket forgot the apples. Definitely by the worst!

Not a well run operation. We placed a mobile order, they lost it; but rather than get our wand fill it they kept filling new orders and asking each other about the missing order-20 minutes after ordering we left with no food.

Service horrible. I spent so much time there just trying to pick up the iced tea I already ordered. Girl at window 1 acted mad for some reason after I said I didn't need a receipt and moved on. I don't know why she was mad. Finally get up to window 2 and it's taking forever to be handed a drink. Girl said she was only one working in area. THEN I got a tea I realized was sweet tea when already down the road. One of the reasons I order ahead of time is to receive accurate items. They gave me, a diabetic who just had a tooth pulled trying to avoid infection, sweet tea. It really felt like she didn't care. I really don't know if I will go back. Leaning toward a hard pass.

I drive around a lot locally for work- this is by far the worst McDonald’s in northern IN. Don’t bother with Mobile orders - they frequently take 30+ minutes to be made. They routinely forget silverware, sauces, or side items. Go inside to ask them for an item they forgot or to figure out where your mobile order and you’ll see a surplus of employees talking and horsing around. I will never go to this location again
At this point I blame the owners. It’s very obvious the employees don’t care one iota. They have proven it time and time again. Every single time I eat here, it’s just wrong. My latest adventure was no cheese on either new chicken Big Mac or the original Big Mac. But they did offer a cold slice of cheese to remedy the situation. The fries were cold. When we/ I learn. There was 12 tables and all were dirty we had to clean a table to sit at

Shout out to the young lady at Hartford City McDonald’s this morning making the hot drinks!!! We got a hot chocolate, caramel latte, and pumpkin spice latte and they were all 3 absolutely delicious!!

I would rather drive 30 minutes to Muncies McDonald’s than go here. I’ve waited in the drive through line twice now for over 30 minutes. Just to be disappointed when I do get the food. Going inside isn’t much better.
