Waited over half hour for my meal only to have it served cold. Sent meal back only to have the same meal served back to me 25 minutes later. At no point did any employee ask if we needed anything. Had to go to my own personal vehicle to get my pizza king napkins, because employees did not even offer a napkin. Asked for refill and literally finished my meal before my refill was done. Manager on duty, Noah.
I'd rate zero stars and advise you eat somewhere else. Cooperate seriously needs to fix this hell hole they want to call a restaurant.

Just wish I just could get my food right and enjoy,but it just never happens here, instead of being/getting angry,I just feel disappointed in the management of it;also wish a employee wouldn't bad talk about haveing to walk it to you for getting curbside,if they don't like it don't offer it. hopefully one day they will hit the mark

They purposely give you the wrong food like a bag of McChickens so they can keep them and snack on them while they are working. Then when you go to get the right food from them they complain and give you a half filled fry. They also took almost half an hour just to correct the order.

Stop for sausage egg mcmuffin the muffin was so hard around the edges couldn't even eat it and the drive thru is so super slow u really can't even call it fast food . Hands down not what it used to be...
Mcflurry was a cup of vanilla ice cream with cookies crumbs on top. Trash cans were overflowing. Very dirty too.

As is probably true with most senior citizens...I don't believe anything is as good as it used to be decades ago. That is especially true with the food in this country, it's been polluted with all kinds of crap the body dosen't need and or can't process. With that said...it's barely reminiscing of the old days.
