It's been years since I've sat down in a Pizza Hut, but my wife and I went, just to let you know it's like a McDonald's now. Hard seats and very open-air feeling. It was not my cup of tea, but the food was delicious.

So I just HAVE to update my last review. I was disappointed at bare spots on my pizza. Well, not only did THEY reach out TO ME, they then gave me a credit to use. I used it today and received a beautiful and delicious perfect pizza. They went above and beyond to make it right! Pizza hut is amazing now not only for their delicious pizza but their customer service, I am so grateful and happy 😊 Most businesses just move on and don't care, but Pizza hut made me feel valued and important as a customer, I will be a pizza hut lover for life with food and customer service like this! Haven't had a pizza here in almost a year. Had a hankering for a pizza so bought one of their $7 deals they had online.
Pizza was cold by the time I got home which I don't care for cols pizza but was hungry.
Great pizza and great price.
Parking: 2 handicapped spots. No handicapped button on the new building.
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking. Handicapped entry but no easy task. There is no button to open the doors. I opened myself and I'm in a wheelchair. Others may not be as easy to do.

Customer service was great and friendly. Food came quick BUT it was so quick they didnt take the time to NOT have 2 long hairs on my taco pizza. Will not visit again
my husband and I went to Pizza Hut in Hartford City Indiana was the best pizza we've had in a long time the service was outstanding the manager Austin was terrific it just needed a little salad bar and a little bit of music and that would be the go-to place for family and GREAT food. P.S. they don't skimp on the toppings.

This is EASILY the best pizza hut in the surrounding area. Their pizza is consistently fantastic and their customer service is great.
