The food is great and the service is good a little slow but we do have large orders. My biggest complaint would be that for a small town, their boxes and combos are a couple bucks more than any where other taco bell we have gone to.

My order was correct even with all the changes and add-ons that were made. Did not wait more than 3 minutes in line at the window either. Very friendly and food was great and fresh!!
Food is almost always really good here at this branch. Sometimes, you'll get that occasional hard and dried out tortilla on a burrito or the dried out refried beans added to the bean burrito or other burritos that include refried beans. Drinks are usually really good. On occasion, you get a more carbonated and less flavored drink.
Parking: 2 handicap parking spots which is usually common for most fast food places.
Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure if restrooms are handicapped accessible or not. I don't usually go in to est. Just drive thru and go.

Must have been the end of a bag of chips. My nacjo supreme was sitting on a pile of chip crumbs.
In all honesty...this location is a hit or miss. Like all restaurants there's good days and bad. This visit was borderline good only because everything was fresh. Not saying it's like this all the time. There's definitely a problem with staff, mostly young teens who don't give a rip about doing a good job. They need to get their act together and put on their grown up pants. That being said, food quality should be the utmost concern here. Some days it's a miss and food is pathetic. This place gets a three star all day....if quality gets amped, so will the rating.

Honestly, I've never had a GREAT experience at this location. Service and food is generally subpar. This time, though the Fiesta potatoes were inedible, hard as a rock. We had to wait 15 minutes for 2 separate orders. The staff was rude and incompetent. While the manager seemed to be trying to juggle a million things, his employees talked back to him. They were clearly understaffed, but this service is unacceptable.

I'm giving it 3 stars because the bathrooms were in God awful shape. The crew had no customers but my husband and I and nobody was doing anything. No cleaning they were just setting down and chilling out. The prices are kinda of steep but over all the food was fantastic...
