Which makes me think he either goes there to visit someone or meet with them and knowing him it’s not the same side chick oh he’s a driver for Ryder but he always the best excuses I guess that is a great thing to have that comes with the job. They need to educate their employees on counterfeit money. It has a watermark. It’s real. They drew all over the front and back of an old 10$ bill my grandmother had gave me. And told us there was something wrong with it. They did not accept they money. I had other forms of payment, so I purchased my items and left.. As they stared at us thru the window as we got in the car. These gas station employees profile people. I called to speak to a manger. Low and behold!! The woman we delt with that drew all over our money was the manager!! She spoke over me and then hung up on me !!
I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone.

12 foot roof is not high enough for our 5th wheel. Being associated with Good Sam club and being a travel center you think it would be rig friendly. Second one in Indiana we couldn't use.

have picked up a Cinnabon roll at this location at least once a week for the last couple of months. every member of the staff that have helped me have been awesome. Last night (11pm) I was getting a boxed original roll and mentioned I wish the Cinnabon stand was open so I could make it a Pecanbon (carmel & pecans). The Pilot staff said no problem and made it for me. (even offered to heat it up!)

The staff was very nice. However, the Cinnabon rolls were very dry. The icing was good. The cinnamon inside is usually very gooey. It was like there was so much cinnamon but little sugar and butter. I live a couple hours from there. These are treats for our family. This trip was very disappointing.

Those looked wonderful sitting in the case but I forgot to get one on my way out. This truck stop got me distracted. There is a subway and taco bell in this pilot. Very comfortable place to sit down and eat. Tables seemed clean and staff was very friendly. Maybe next time I'll grab a 4 pack to go and bring home to illinois. Have a great weekend!
