Which makes me think he either goes there to visit someone or meet with them and knowing him it’s not the same side chick oh he’s a driver for Ryder but he always the best excuses I guess that is a great thing to have that comes with the job. So we went in store 447. To refuel our vehicle, we paid for $30 for Pump #17 because that is where we are. So aparently after minutes of figuring out why is not working me and my husband went inside to ask for assistance. So the Clerk # 1603 put the $30 on pump #10. I asked for assistance about that but it seems like your SUPERVISOR NAMED CANDACE IS NOT HOSPITABLE ENOUGH to assist us in our grievances she even told me to make sure to say correctly where our pump number is.. She even told me that there is already someone who use the $30 in pump #10 with a tone of voice like she's not giving me any options and sounds like she wants me to figure that out on my own. Is it even our fault that this Clerk 1603 do not know how to listen? Is this how training goes to Supervisors on how to handle guest grievances? Bring that candace back to training until she learns how to handle customers!! Make some actions on this for this is literally a huge embarassment specially to those drivers who's been on the road for too long and being treated like that.

They don't take credit cards at the pump. You have to put a PIN number in. They do have a friendly staff which is nice but the credit card thing is super inconvenient for traveler on the road.

Best place to go to the bathroom. There's a Taco Bell here, which is a nice consideration for the business traveler. The electrical outlets provide for USB. It's like a folksy stop on the information superhighway. Bathrooms clean.

one of my favorite pilots around the Evansville area I was stopped here a lot get fuel and great coffee always have. this one consists of a Taco Bell and the subway inside for meal choices and they do a great job of keeping it clean a very large parking lot and they're quite cordial very good employees... showers are very clean even on like the Flying J across the street they got Kick-Ass water pressure here for showers one reason I like to stop here.. I like showering here as opposed to two or three other pilots within a 50-mile radius that are just not quite up to snuff and I don't like..Subway and Taco Bell are both open 24 hours they do have the bean-to-cup coffee now they also have a Cinnabon Express...they do a good job maintaining this one this one seldom looks like a pigsty at all..

I don't have much to say about gas stations, in general. But the place has (relatively) clean restrooms and (relatively) cheap gas, so by gas station standards, it's just fine.
This Taco Bell / subway has something for everyone. It's always clean and fast friendly service!! Nothing to complain about at all!!!!

Well, don't try to wash your windshield here. Instead of water with a little bit of cleaner in it, I'm pretty sure they just have some sort of detergent in the buckets...As in pure cleaner, no water to dilute it... Seriously, my windshield was full of suds, bubbles, and streaks that were a total hassle to get off. Absolutely absurd. Workers also inattentive and simply ignored me. Plus, all the drinks I would be interested in buying were overpriced with no "2 for" deals. Don't all gas stations have those sorts of drink deals? That's the only reason I buy drinks at gas stations. I want to give this place more stars, because I love that they have puppets (and they are actually pretty decent quality for the price), but at this particular Pilot, I feel like I'm on another planet (and not in a good way). I kind of feel like I could just grab an overpriced drink and run out to my my car with the over-sudsed-up windshield and no one would even notice here. Did the zombie apocalypse already happen and I'm just getting news of it? Or I'm the only one that wasn't taken up in the rapture? Glad I didn't buy my gas yet, I'm going to go a few miles further down to buy some...anywhere else.

have picked up a Cinnabon roll at this location at least once a week for the last couple of months. every member of the staff that have helped me have been awesome. Last night (11pm) I was getting a boxed original roll and mentioned I wish the Cinnabon stand was open so I could make it a Pecanbon (carmel & pecans). The Pilot staff said no problem and made it for me. (even offered to heat it up!)

This is a nice truck stop. The smell of Cinnabon is intoxicating. The restroom was clean. There's a Subway and a Taco Bell. The truck parking is nicely laid out. This is our "go-to" stop when coming through Indiana.
