Everytime I go there out of flatbreads.I even called at 10 am today said they had.Got there 1030 guy tells me they are frozen! Other bread they don't put enough meat on and all bread.Very disorganized subway!

Food was acceptable but the service was terrible. Tall person who seemed to be in charge was extremely rude and talking about how much management sucked while stocking and slamming the food containers around. There was a younger girl there who was actually making our sandwiches but seemed a little confused/unsure when my husband ordered a salad. The tall person didn’t stop to help her but instead asked my husband “do you know any smart people who would want to work here”. You could tell the younger girl was trying her best but had zero direction or training. Seems like a very toxic environment and I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to go to this subway. We left feeling very uncomfortable and the ingredients in our food were definitely old (brown lettuce, dried out peppers) but edible I guess.

Terrible customer service very dary women at 12:15 pm 07/11/ the way how she made my sup like she's fighting some one and any thing comes out of the sup she put it back it was so disgusting the way how she put the knife in the my sup is disgusting , in the end I bought food from taco bell and through the sup away so I don't get sick.

The manager was rude.. they were not friendly.. the manager walked away from the counter while people were waiting g and the girl from Taco bell had to come help customers.. this is unacceptable for a 25hour truck stop

#29/2023The subway is located inside of the Pilot Travel Center right next to Taco Bell.It is a full-service SubwayLike any Subway not much of a difference.The options are still the same however this one unlike some other ones does not carry the pizza.Also currently don't carry the Italian Urban cheese they have jalapeno cheddar bread they're offering not for me but maybe for some.This Subway currently is open for 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. until midnight.However depending on staffing the hours you tend to vary it's always best to check before you come down late at night simple as that.I've ate here a few times never reviewed it so this time I see someone created a Yelp page I'm just going to go ahead and put a review down it is just like I said staff like Taco Bell a dual pilot-owned franchise. I had a sandwich here put down I see a couple years ago LOL I've been coming here for a long time because I do like this pilot.I did get a oatmeal raisin cookie on my visit it was all freshly stocked before I left.

Super bad attention, the lady who attends told me that it was closed when it was open, she refused to prepare my order, the lady who attends at the gas station had to come to prepare my order, in the end when I paid, she threw me the food and it was super rude, racist The truth is, I don't know if she did it because I'm Hispanic, but I would never return to this place again.
