Very very disappointed in this specific TacoBell got 2 orders of Cantina Chicken quesadillas with crunchy taco please see photo of crunchy taco unbelievable. I have had this type of taco and quesadillas in every single state and this one is the worse one. I have ordered a new thing chips and nachos dip please don’t waste your money on that too there is no cheese in it at all. I had to ask for refund, manager was so mad and keep telling me about they are doing it by the book measuring the portions which I understand. I used to work in a food industry, but this is ridiculous. The portions are so small for the price that I’m paying. I don’t know if they’re trying to save something for Taco Bell but I will never stop in this Taco Bell ever again

Shrinkflation has definitely hit Taco Bell steak grilled cheese burrito has shrunk by about 65% since its inception the full length of the burrito is only about two sauce packets we're about 5 inches for a $10 meal it's absolutely absurdly small

Ordered $40 worth of food and every single item had something wrong with it. 1. Soft tacos- the beef was hard as a rock, my 4 year old was unable to eat it. 2. Had 3 Crunchwrap supremes, every single one of them had stale tostadas in them that tasted terrible. Had to throw them all away 3. Served us a cold Gordita crunch 4. Ordered a chalupa, they gave us a burrito instead.

I've consumed more spicy potato soft tacos and cheesy bean and rice burritos in my life than I'd care to admit to myself... These were, by far, the hottest and tastiest I've had to date.
As an added bonus, the prices were surprisingly lower than I was expecting from a truck stop location.
Employee refused to do tap and pay, then pretended they never had tap and pay.
I used tap and pay almost each week day here for last 3 weeks. The cashier always held out a card reader, I'd hold my phone to it, and it was done.
They knew nothings changed since yesterday, they just wanted to be difficult for the sake of being obstinate.
Don't expect much from people these days, but dang, just wow.

This Taco Bell is located inside the Pilot Travel Center on HWY 41. They are now open 24 hours per day and serve breakfast from 3 am until 11 am. Today Casey was at the counter and she was as nice as could possibly be. It is nice to see people enjoy their job and she is very much so a people person. Our food came up quickly and was hot and fresh. I highly suggest the Cinnabon Delights. They are FANTASTIC! This was a very good experience today.

DISGUSTING hard shells. Not edible! They taste like rancid oil from a fryer that hasn’t been cleaned in 10 years. Of course, didn’t know until we were back on the road and 10 minutes away. I can now smell it from the bag sitting on the floor of the car. Surely the people that work there know. Still hungry and down $30. Steak quesadilla was fine. Unfortunately, that wasn’t mine.
