Staff is rude. Made the wrong thing for my mobile order. When I brought it back, they gave me a dirty look and remade them. No apologies or courtesy. Feels like they hate their job so much here.

Not impressed at all, three Kiosk’s to order, don’t get it , all that expense for electronics but you have five people with deer in the headlight looks running around confused, Fries were cold, ordered non spicy chicken nuggets got spicy, I shouldn’t have to flag a employee down behind the counter to get there attention for service to exchange the order, soda machine wasn’t working correctly, bad mixture, not once did I see a person come out and clean tables in the 30 minutes I was there.

I took my order as I don't agree with can't get a receipt without asking for it and what do u know they got it wrong and I didn't check it get 10 minutes away and realized they got the order wrong but I don't have time to turn around so my husband was disappointed and assumed it was my fault so I called and made sure and nope there fault so now I get a free sandwich but seriously they should give me more to keep the peace because he was really disappointed, it was his idea to stop here. Not a good experience at all no customer service at all jut assembly line fast food is going down hill. One of these places needs to step up there game and provide a door greeter (that serves as a cashier when needed) and when not needed a extra set of hands. I do wish I would have known they had these Hoosier bowls, I would have ordered one for us to try, didn't see it till after I had already ordered.

So appreciate how far Wendy's is going to completely erase as much interpersonal contact as they can. Enjoyed talking to the kiosk. Fries were cold and stale, and the Triple had 2 regular patties and one half as thick and size...... not going back.

Filthy, disgusting. Hamburger was raw. Outside bathroom had toilets overflowing with urine and feces. The place should be shut down.

I’ve been trying to call for hours with no pick up. I came and got 2 sandwiches and they both were raw in the middle! They were cold and bright red.

I believe it really comes down to the people making your food. If they generally don't care about their job, then your food will reflect it. The people at this Wendy's cares about what they do. I was impressed. Extremely fresh and hot. Quick clean service. With food prices as high as they are anymore. You want your money's worth. You'll get your money's worth at this location. Great job 👏
